Two things..... 1, the lack of cashiers, it may save money, however it destroys the personalization of the visit, remember its NOt a visit, it’s a shopping experience, unhappily people don’t enjoy mechanization. 2, the “purchase on line and pick up”, since both of these programs are undoubtedly from a corporate directive, hello, it’s NOT working. I repeatedly attempted to save time by calling in the order...... each attempt resulted in not ready, or in the last instance, it had to be completely picked off the shelf.... “0” time saved.....

My experience there with Augustina was a very pleasant one, she made my shopping experience at this location quite easy.

Old Bridge Home Depot is always stocked well. Store is clean and isles are easy to navigate. Always a customer service representative on hand and I would highly recommend them to the community. John aided me in designing my kitchen and gave me great suggestions. Their check out area is wonderful and speedy.

I Love Home Depot - shopping there is always a treat. I find what I need, and it's also fun to look around to see what I might need in the future.

We bought cabinets and the man helping us, Doug, was beyond helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. On his way to lunch came back to help us. Stayed 2 hours past closing. Patient, helpful, and selfless. Thank you Doug for going above and beyond!

This store is one of the better ones in the chain. Many of the employees have been there for Years making the friendly face a known commodity. A whole bunch of the staff are extremely knowledgeable about various trades and are oh so happy to help when asked. It is not uncommon for one to ask me "Can I help you" when i am in a aisle looking for something. The store itself is well stocked and maintained with items easy to find and well marked so no hunting for a price. . Overall it is a great place to shop - a place that has NEVER disappointed me.

ALWAYS EASY TO SHOP IN AND FIND WHAT I CAME FOR

This store has gotten better with the new two store management changes. Out with the old and in with the new. New brings a different and better game plan. The store looked better and the associates moral seems better too.

Had been to several Kitchen Design stores and figured we would "check out" Home Depot before ordering cabinets. Everyone in the Kitchen Cabinet department was awesome!! Every one of them took the time to share ideas, different designs etc. I know sometimes big stores get knocked for having employees that don't care, they made making major purchase awesome. Walked in just to check out, ended up walking out with great deal on great quality cabinets

Very easy to find a worker and the departments that I’m looking for products they are very knowledgeable and helpful I never had a problem in the old bridge store. I’ve been to Woodbridge then care for the service and I’ve been to Milltown same problem never could find anyone and they weren’t very friendly.
