Dwayne from plumbing went above and beyond when he helped us, even though we weren’t even in his department. First he helped us find the 6x6 beam we needed, and then hand sawed it for us as it was too big for the electric saw! Best customer service ever!

My girlfriend and I walked through the door and were immediately greeted by two employees eager to help us find what we needed. It took a second to figure out who was gonna help because they both wanted to help so bad. Store was clean, easily found everything we needed, and overall the best shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Home Depot Associates (especially Cindy) are always are so helpful and nice. I know the store and like how everything is clean and available.

Employee named Duane. White man in his 60’s. He helped educate me on the wood I needed, how to choose good cuts of wood, what kind of straps to buy to safely haul it home then he loaded it in my truck and taught me how to use the straps I bought to strap it down safely. Because of this man I now know how to choose the wood, load, and strap it when I need to replace more boards on my deck. If everyone took the time to educate people, like this guy did for me, the world would be a better place.

Many other home improvement stores it is difficult to find employees for help, home depot they seek you out and ask if you require assistance.

When I was in the store today I had at least 3-4 employees ask me if I needed help. Tym was especially helpful with my lumber experience!

I had a great time shopping at this store location. My father and I love looking at tools together and looking for deals on black Fridays. The staff was very friendly!

I purchased a few Ryobi tools that were ver affordable.

An unleashed dog came to me and began growling at me in the checkout. Small German Shepard-type dog. 2nd time this happened. They need to stand up to these customers who should need to prove their pet is a Service Animal and employees should be able to tell customers their dog must be leashed.

I shop at many Home Depot stores in the area, but the Lake Orion, MI location is the best. Friendly staff, product availability, and outstanding sales on DEWALT products.

I purchased a refrigerator, shopped at multiple home improvement stores, and received the best customer service at ORION TOWNSHIP Store #2743 store! The store manager Andrea and salesman Rex went above and beyond to help me with completing my purchase.

I purchased a basic GE flat-top stove/oven and had it delivered. The delivery process absolutely sucked.

Always a good experience at this store. Always a pleasant and helpful employee to assist you with whatever you need and a clean well stocked store.

I purchased garden mulch 1 week before it went on sale and visited Customer Service to get an adjustment. I didn't have the receipt for the purchase but my request was honored in a friendly and expeditious manner

Home Depot doesn't care about the customer. They forget there are other stores that provide similar/same products with good service!

We met with a salesperson to order cabinets for a remodel in our bathroom Kendall was very knowledgable and spent time helping us to select the correct cabinets to fit into the space we had. She was very friendly and most helpful. We would not hesitate to request her again for our next home update project.

The staff is wonderful. Always helpful with loyal, and new customers. The paint department is very good. They even can help with other goods and services. Kathleen in paint helped with an electrical question. Matched a light fixture with paint color choice.

They're always helpful, friendly and walk you to the aisle and product you are looking for, then does not abandon you, instead, they enhance your expaerience by making sure you have all you need, those forgotten items not on your list
