Customer service is top notch at this store! Worked with both Nate in the flooring department and Kathleen in paint. They provided excellent service and made the shopping experience pleasant.

This store has everything you need for home repairs, maintenance and gardening. The shelves are stocked and easy to find what you need. Store is clean and orderly. I would like to see more experienced/knowledgeable team members that could answer questions. Overall I'm very happy to have this store so close to home.

This is definitely one of the better stocked Home Depot and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The cashier Alex was very helpful. I would like to see more cashiers back there are to many self checkouts. I usually get many items and I prefer to have a cashier. I recently bought a length of cut wire and needed help by an employee anyway. Otherwise everything was good, employees are always asking if I need help. I actually had three people helping me with cutting the wire it was awesome. Best Home Depot I have ever been at, keep it up.

My shopping experience was a pleasurable one. The store associate approached me while I was looking at area rugs. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Offered several helpful suggestions. It was nice to receive help without even asking. I have always had good experiences at the Lake Orion Home Depot!

Alec was so helpful! He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. He has excellent customer service and a warm smile to go along with it. Great customer service in the kitchen and bath area. Ramon is very knowledgeable of the product lines and will work with you to help you get everything you need to complete your project.

Had a curious experience in this store today, March 3rd. I've got a long sloping driveway on my property and it ices up pretty consistently through early Spring. I simply needed some ice-melt, and this store only had one brand of ice-melt available, simple rock salt (not my preferred product). What they DID have were shelves and shelves full of all manner of grass seed and fertilizer. This seemed incredibly odd to me - no one in this area will be to the point of seeding/fertilizing their lawns until a good 30 - 60 days from now at the earliest. Their re-stocking process seems out-of-whack to me, I can't imagine any of that "Garden" stock is selling on March 3 in Michigan..........very odd.

I shop this store because of the staff and the management team...Chris a manager there is never to busy to take a moment to say hi she's always smiling and eager to help...She's a prime example of what customer service should be and well represent Home Depot...all the store staff is helpful and never just point you in the general area but they take you to the item your looking for then ask if theres anything else you need...Paula at the checkouts is funny and always pleasant crazy socks and all ...Katlyn in paints John in hardware the big guy in lumber and the gentleman in pluming are all friendly eager to help...this is.. (all though I've shopped Auburn Hills,Madison Heights,Gaylord,Grand Rapids,Pontiac,Rochester,Highland and a few others) my favorite store and spend most of my time and money at Lake Orion I know the store layout and the people it's like going to the neighbor hardware...I also appreciate Home Depots commitment to the military and the 10% discount in recognition to our service......

I love this Home Depot! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable in their department and extremely helpful! No other Home Depot can hold a candle to the amazing employees this one has! Al in lumber, Duane in tools, Charlie in piping, Rex in appliances and Jerry in plumbing! They all have helped me over the years accomplish my DIY projects and their fantastic! I feel like this home depot seeks me out in every department to make sure I get what I need. If your a women and you feel self conscious going into a hardware store, just go here, they’ll take good care of you! And if you have a well behaved pup they’ll give him a treat. They always have a pocketful for my dog he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot he loves it there! Keep up the good work ya’ll!

This store has a lot of inventory of Trex deck product that other Home Depot stores do not have. It was a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing this product from this store. I also had to make a special order and it was taken care of in a very professional manner at the Pro desk. This is my favorite Home Depot store hands down!
