We traveled to this store, nearly 1 3/4 hours from our home based on online recommendations and am glad we did. The staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in helping make our shopping experience great. They had an outstanding selection of Halloween merchandise, which is what we went there for. Brett, an assistant store manager went above and beyond in helping us find an item that we had been looking for since the middle of July. David in Gardening as well as Chelsea, Austin and TIm in Customer Service were extremely helpful during checkout.

Faith is extremely helpful! We will definitely come back to Home Depot because of the great service we received.

Helping it over 60 year old guy on a Monday morning so I’m looking for the 30% vinegar because it’s the best thing ever for killing weeds without destroying your garden and there’s one bottle of it on the bottom shelf 4 feet back I pulled it out and thought it’s a shame they’re all out. Are youngster in his 20s no also was looking up above with the boxes asked me there anything I needed I said I don’t usually ask for help but you know I thought I’d look and see if there’s a there’s 30% vinegar left I need a couple more bottles, you flaked down his buddy who is walking by and no time flat they found the box brought it down and give me a couple more. Great experience I never asked for help I’m one of those guys but it was good to get help thanks Home Depot

Very messy store, please clean it up

The associates are great, Ariana the cashier in the garden area was fantastic very helpful and very kind. I recommend going to the store. The people there are extremely helpful

One of the employees I asked for help, and it was about plumbing and yes I knew what I wanted, But the employee didn't understand or think about what I was asking, I am a past plumber, So when he told me it couldn't be done, and then started wanting to argue with me, that's not a safe move with old school But anyway the employee named Ken took care of the situation.,!!

Every single employee that crossed me, asked if I was in need of help. That's what the customer needs in all stores!

The service that I received was impeccable at this store. Service desk associate came to my aid with an emergency. Had a sump pump I needed brought to the front service desk and she checked me out right there. I am so grateful!

The shelving was offered in many colors and fabrics, so the inside of my cabinets will be nice and tidy.

We purchased items though the self-checkout and the person working in that area was very patient and helpful. He also offered to help us carry our heavy item to our car.

I just bought a stackable washer and dryer! I was very pleased with the attention and service that the salesperson provided. On a different note, I was comforted by four different dogs that were in the store today.

Some times the availability of items shown online are not available in the store. But most times this store has at least the amount shown.

The Michigan Scan Law is in place to protect the consumer. All retailers should follow the law, just as we follow laws in every interaction in life.

My husband and I spend hours in your store, All the employee's are wonderful ,they are polite and very helpful and very knowledgeable on products. the store is neat and well stocked.

It is smaller than other Home Depot stores but stock is the same as a big store, the workers are friendly and willing to help you with your shopping list.

Great employee's offering great customer service.

Friendly staff. I was very grateful to the customer service woman that answered the phone. She went above and beyond to check the stock to make sure it was there before I made a trip. Sometimes the products are not in the store, even when the inventory says it is. I had called her from another store because that had already happened.

This Home Depot store (Lake Orion) is great. Always well-stocked with friendly, helpful staff. Received especially awesome customer service on my last visit from Jacob VB - super nice and courteous. Really went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed. He definitely understands the importance of “customers first”. Certainly refreshing to see.
