Mathew at the Oviedo Home Depot is so knowledgeable and truly knows the paint department. He is a very nice man. He made the experience amazing.

Charles and Shawn were very knowledgeable, professional and a great help placing a substantial millworks order.

GLADE TO SEE NO DOGS INSIDE THE STORE

Full very heavy cart and the young man named Arias offered zero help. Actually walked up and shut the aisle down expecting me to push all the way around. Offered zero assistance and then just stood there waiting for the lift truck for an order. Watched another man struggle badly with a full concrete cart. Absolutely worthless and beyond rude. Doesn’t matter if he is an order puller, not just customer service, we were both in our 50’s. How’s about some manners and class. Told Sharon the manager. The cashier Jariel was embarassed for his coworker and got someone to watch his register and helped me load, very nice guy.

Do yourself a favor and shop at the Oviedo HD, even if it is a little further drive for you. Excellent stock, informed staff and customer service which is second to none.

Long story short; HD is my preferred store for home and garden work. I went in a week ago to order flooring and arrange installation. Will I have no idea if the project is on or not? I have been billed but keep getting e-mails saying it is canceled. I have gone to the store 4 times. Made numerous calls. No one can answer me!

I needed some reducing washers to repair and clean up and sub-panel for swimming pool equipment for a job we were working on. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and easily. The shelves were well organized with plenty of stock. The check out process was a breeze also, as the cashier handled the entire transaction, even with me being in the self checkout line. I would definitely shop at this store again. Thanks Homedepot

Every time I got to the Oviedo store they make a stressful day go away for the time I am there . The associates are always pleasant and upbeat.

They always put merchandise in the wrong places so you pay more.

I don’t normally write reviews, however, Steve went above and beyond I was so impressed with how attentive he was to my needs. Very knowledgeable, I would recommend him to all of my friends.

The gentleman that help me was named Paul C and he works in the paint department. He didn’t have to help but he said I looked confused and trust me I was. But after talking with him he showed me what I needed and made sure I understood how to use it so that him for me please !!

I love this Home Depot. I can always get help and if someone doesn't know the answer they ask someone who can.

I was greeted warmly again and again by the staff as I moved through the store. The cashier Feriba was super helpful to get my pickup order and damage return done.

I needed flooring for a home that I am remodeling but needed to be able to finance the purchase. Home Depot had a great program that made it possible. Thank you Home Depot.

It's always great to checkout in the garden department. Joni is always smiling and helpful, in fact she climbed up on the bags of wood chips to hand down 8 bags for me. Awesome and kind lady!!!

Curtis in the appliance section of the store is a great asset to home depot.

Love home depot. We spend a ton of money here, but this home depot feels unsafe for the family due to employee behavior. They copy and mock customers, seems sometimes intentionally give wrong parts, push their liberal political views and generally have treated us poorly. Ive asked for them to stop the behavior and treat us respectfully and normally, but they refuse. Welcome to the childish and perverse Orlando/Disney experience. I love home depot, but I HATE this location and the people. Its not all of them, but a good number of them causing these issues. My wife has stage 4 cancer, no one should be dealing with this kind of evil, while going to get some paint, lumber or drywall screws. So incredibly childish. Just STOP HURTING FAMILIES and GROW UP!!!!

I needed help getting some pressure treated lumber and had to search for 10 minute to find someone. When they were done helping me get the lumber I asked where I could find the screws that I had a picture of. They said asile 17 and then proceded to chat with other employees. Asked the gentleman that worked that aisle and he did help me look for what I needed but informed me that those might not be in stock anymore due to code updates. At checkout i asked for someone to help me load the lumber into my truck and no one showed up. I waited for about 15 minutes and then proceeded to load my truck. Thank goodness for the kindness of strangers that helped me load my truck
