My husband and I went to Home Depot to only look at their cabinets selection and features. We were pleasantly surprised to have Jenni help us. She offered advice and expertise. We felt she was able to design a kitchen and began working with her. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive and was able to get our dreams of a new kitchen done. This kitchen has been in the works for 18 months and we have never been able to find someone that could make it a success. After multiple high ends designers were in and offered grand promises no one ever listened or delivered.

When I return a product that I don’t need or wasn’t the right one they never give me a hassle. I love the garden shop and the variety they offer for my needs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The sales associate helped getting the right dimensions down. Was neat and concise.

I needed casters for my workbench. The website said they had 34, but there was only 1 in the bin. HD employee Mark found the other casters in the overhead storage & promptly retrieved them.

I rented a concrete hand grinder and Craig went to the aisle to help me choose the correct blade to use, installed it for me and showed me how to use it. Went way above and beyond to help me out.

I love the holiday items that are available, I always find something new to buy each year!

Great Experience! The people who work there were very helpful and friendly. They had what I needed for the job.

I don't know about the other sections of the store, but the people on the gardening side were such a great help! Cam, Jose, Genesis, and Kourtney were such darlings throughout the entire process in us trying to find the right plants for our space, all the way to checkout and loading the vehicle! I feel like you're definitely in the right hands with their help :)

Why don't you stock the C&S Peanut Nuggets for birds? You sell the dispenser but the last 3 visits you don't have the C&S Peanut Nuggets in stock anymore. You should remove the dispenser from the shelves if you don't sell the product they were made for. I asked the cashier if she could inform management they were out of stock on this item. She said management would not listen to her and if I wanted this item, I should go to this website and ask for assistance.
