The store has gone through some positive changes as seen by the willingness of the associates to help.

The entire staff at this Oviedo location is on point! Super helpful and the best part is that you don’t have to go find them. They come to you and they ask if they can help. In 1 hour, I interacted with 4 different associates and all 4 asked me if I needed help. Truly amazing! I ended up getting doors and windows from Tim. A vanity with a whole bathroom remodel items from Kelly and the manager Dan saw me on the main aisle and also asked if he could help, which he did above and beyond what I could’ve asked for. The customer friendly culture at this location is above expectations. They truly roll out the red carpet for their customers. THANK YOU!

A good store to shop in because the products are good and have a big variety even cleaning and laundry goods. The employees are polite, kind and very helpful especially when you have questions. If they don't know the answer they will find someone who does know the answer. The store always has clean floors and products are not dusty. It is a great store to go shopping in.

To whom it may concern, I have been shopping in this store for over 25 years. I do not recall ever being in the store and did get assistance. The store associates are always willing to help, that is why it is so refreshing shopping there. The store is always clean and well-organized oh and also smells good. That is a plus.

The evaluation/survey that I just entered was supposed to be for the Cassellberry store which is totally wonderful except for that one clerk. When I went to the Oviedo store every thing waselpful also very good. Joey in the paint department Oviedo was very knowledgeable and helpful. You are very lucky to have him. The store is arranged well and very clean. Clerks are always friendly,available and helpful

Terrific store and great management but enough with the Spanish language announcements and employees that hardly speak English.

Everytime i go to that store the assist mgr Dany always has problem i doesnt know have to talk to the customer special if they are spanish.

I can't say enough about how nice, friendly and professional the cashier who helped me, Stephanie was. Thank you for having such wonderful associates. Very well done indeed!

Associates are always friendly and helpful. I always find exactly what I'm looking for. Store is clean. I highly recommend Home Depot and this location in particular.

The team members at the Oviedo Home Depot are top notch! They helped us move a large box from the shelf to a dolly, then into our car just by observing what we were doing. Everyone is friendly and apologetic for items that are not their fault or responsibility (such as a missing part in a box.)

Store do not take driver license ID for veterans as proof. I think this one guy has this thing about this and management need to correct him.

Ordered 2 stoves, 2 microwaves and a dishwasher. System said they were in stock and would be delivered on Saturday, February 29th. I received a test message and an email that the delivery was on track. I checked with store Friday around 4 o'clock to make sure everything was ok and was told that one stove was on back order and entire order would be held up until it was available. I am building and need stove to get CO on house. Time is running out. No one told me anything until I asked. This is totally unacceptable. Now they say it will be March 12 and no sooner for delivery date. I may have to put all of my current household goods in storage and get a hotel because my house is sold and closes soon. Home Depot has dropped the ball and does not seem to care. They could have delivered everything except the 1 stove and that would have made it possible for me to set up the new house for CO inspection.

Among the great employees at this store: Skip, Joey, Tim, James, Soey, Chris, Bill, Rocky, Gena, Lauren, Hazar, Erin, Noemi, just to name a few who have come to our aid. They are all about customer service. Helpful and friendly and make your shopping experience lots of fun. They also are very knowledgeable in order to make sure your needs are met.

My sales person was wonderful. Angie made my transaction painless and very quick. She is a real asset for HD

Cashiers Maria Hernandez and Jennifer were very friendly and helpful checking back inventory and having it brought up for me.

I have been using this store since it opened. The People are outstanding. The remodel, the automated only checkout (that had half the lines closed), the location of softener salt (outside in the rain), and the lack of lumber mean I will not be back. Tried to put in a "0" star rating.

Everyone is friendly but I dont like the new self checkout on all the registers.

Been twice recently first time to purchase paint & tools, person that assisted was very helpful & knowledgable, very pleased with the product & service bedroom looks terrific. Second time was to get new floor & installation for same bedroom, Stephanie assisted us & was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to make our experience perfect.

Hate the all self check out registers...absolutely no customer service !!

I continually go back to this specific store. I've always had really good customer service. People who seem to really know what they're talking about. Even the gentleman who is generally at the entrance to greet you, sometimes I just need to know what isle to go to and he's never been wrong yet. The atmosphere just seems to be positive.

It's a Home Depot so I would recommend going there; however, it is below par when compared to the other home depot that is somewhat convenient for residents of the Winter Springs/Oviedo area. The man check out operation at the Oviedo store is a disaster. The only place to get checked out without a wait or having to get someone to assist is in the garden shop. It has been this way for quite some time and there appears to be no attempt to fix the situation. The store always seems to be in disarray with objects sometimes blocking the isles and merchandise that seems to be just stuffed or thrown up on the shelves or display areas.

The store was very well organized, clean, and the workers were all very knowledgeable of their own departments, polite, and ready to assist!
