Helpful employees. Aways aim to please

This location is always well stocked, neat and the employees are always pleasant.

During our recent Home Depot visit we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Curtis. He went above and beyond to help us with our shopping experience and made it so easy for us. Thank you Curtis for your time & help. We appreciate YOU! Give this man a raise!!!

Waited half an hour for two big bags of sand to be loaded into my truck. Finally gave up, returned the sand, and went to Lowe’s.

I most recently bought a key pad for our garage door. Adequate supply in stock, helpful staff, easy checkout. This store always has merchandise in good quantity. Hoping more home projects arise….

I had a great shopping experience. Courteous employees and they always have what I need.

Jeff at the pro desk helped me locate building materials and he even came over to the garden center with a lift to get French drains down. They are happy to look up items and very knowledgeable. I have visited EVERY location in Central Florida, and I can say that I believe that they set the bar for customer service.

The customer service at the Oviedo location is unmatched. Employees Carlos and maritza provided exceptional customer service. From start to end they were helpful and friendly.

They always help me above and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable. They really care and it’s nice!

Great store and service. Sally, the sale representative, helped me with the purchase of a Stove. The stove was on sale and on top of that Sally offered my an coupon. So, I bought a great product for a great price. I am super happy with it.

Be careful about selecting the correct product ( bath vs. kitchen). In my case, bath products were in the kitchen selection. Since I am not a plumber, mistakes can easily occur.

A 15 minute trip turned into an hour+. Store is completely understaffed. The Employees that were there were miserable.

Only folks that seem to be customer oriented are the garden shop employees. Store is always in disarray with isles blocked and shelves needing rearranging. Would recommend store to a friend only because it is conveniently located. Self check out is poorly organized and seldome supervised. Military retirees needing to have their purchase scanned for a discount have to either wait for sometimes long periods for someone to show up or go to the garden shop where there is always someone to check you out.

Promotional sale did not ring up and I did not notice until I got home. I called and a man in customer service told me I had to bring the product and receipt back to the store. I live 10 miles away, so that is a huge inconvenience. When I pay for items there, since I shop there so often, it knows my CC# and links to my email. I think, due to their error, they should be able to check my receipt and see the error and credit me the difference or email a HD gift card instead of me being put out, Highly annoying

Cashier, Fariba, took her time and helped me on a few online orders I had placed. She went above and beyond to help me out with finding the online orders in order to be able to make my returns. Fariba was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. She was such a pleasure. Thank you Fariba.

The cashier was talking to another employee instead of listening to me at checkout. He took several minutes to look up a SKU # that I had in my hand and attempted to get his attention to save time. Save your chit chat for slow times between customers.

The store manager, which was a brand new one, was extremely rude when I had to visit the store to be able to use the HD credit card I had just applied for. I have never had such a bad experience before in a store I have been shopping for more than 20 years, and I had never written a review before even when the services were not the best, but the attitude of this (I don't know what to call her) was so unprofessional and full of excuses that I felt I had to take the time to call her off. I wonder if it is because of COVID, this is the best HD can hire.

I had excellent help from the store manager to resolve a problem. She was patient and knowledgeable.

Home Depot always have what I need and if I have questions store employees provide with me understandable answers.

Purchased a ryobi weed trimmer great and easy to use

I just want to make it known that an associate at the store went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. The associate's name is Fariba. She helped me get some doors down from high storage since the online order fulfillment team was too lazy to get a lift and get the doors down themselves.

I was looking for a bolt and washer for the trunk of my scooter( which was ready to fall off) And An employee, his name was Steve ; immediately came to assist me in finding what I needed- and went above and beyond, by coming out to my scooter, and helped me affix the bolts and washers to my scooter trunk-making sure it was on securely..!! This guy needs to be recognized for his superior help and customer service..!!

I’m very thankful and grateful that an associate that was helping me and couldn’t answer my question saw Steve, who was passing by the isle we were standing, and asked Steve to help us. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable of many things and gave my other options for similar products. He even gave me tips to complete my project . Thank you Steve. There are very few sales employees like you.
