In and out of the store in less than 10 minutes including checkout time and waiting for bin to be unlocked. Employees were very helpful and friendly, particularly Genesis at the checkout.

A clean store with lots of stock and great customer service.

The staff were very helpful and helped us plan out our project. Alex saved the day snd ensured we had help picking items and getting them loaded. I have arthritis and all the help was greatly appreciated.

I have been visiting this store since they opened and would definitely recommend it to any one needing home improvements. The employees will assist you don't be afraid to ask for help.

The employee came up to me in lightning, said to me " take a picture it lasts longer" and walked off as I was deciding on options. Self check out staff didn't bother to offer assistance with scanning the many moving boxes I had on the cart as they were too busy on their cell phones.

My wife and I wanted to by some new window blinds for our house. With the help of Stephanie in the blinds and window decor dept., not only did we purchase some new blinds, but she also helped us in getting them delivered and installed ! She has excellent product knowledge and great customer skills !! We will keep going back, to have her help us in the future .

The associates here are very friendly and helpful. Recently I had a bad experience shopping on Homedepot.com and I came into the store and there were two associates, Sally & Lisa, who went above and beyond to help rectify the situation! I was very impressed with their exceptional service and how willing they were to take the time and effort to help me get the appliances I needed.

This store has always been well run since it opened. It's a bedrock to our Oviedo community. We've appreciated being able to shop here for the past + 20 years. They have many excellent employees and a great staff.

Since moving to Oviedo in 2005 I always find what I need at the Oviedo Home Depot.

I live in Orlando but work in Oviedo. I usually go to the Oviedo Home Depot if in need of home improvement supplies for work. I have to say every time I have visited this location they have always been so wonderful and helpful. You just want to walk around and visit every aisle and pick up something. I like the nice cool products you can find thru out the store but most of all the great staff.

Cashier Linda in the Pro Register helped me throughout my shopping experience. She recommended and answered my questions about certain products. Thanks to her help I had a remarkable shopping experience. Amazing job Linda!

Stay away from Casselberry home depot employees are rude. Oviedo location much better

With Covid, Cashier Genesis was extremly friendly and to the point , informative and helped us in a professional manner. She also worked with knowledge and expediancy.. Gret asset to Home Depot.

I usually love shopping here, but today I had a bad experience. I took my daughter to Home Depot to get some spray paint for a project, and a male staff member found it funny to state that you need to be at least 18 to buy spray paint. As a woman who is 4' 10", I am constantly having to prove myself as a 31 year old WOMAN, not a child, and I would appreciate it if I was not harassed while I am trying to spend money at your corporation. You need to train your staff to have more respect for customers, especially when their young children are watching. Apparently the staff only knows how to behave when I bring my husband with me.

I’m a loyal customer of Home Depot, I been coming this store so often for my rental home renovation. Earlier this month, I requested a quote to purchase a one car garage door. On September 27,2020, I returned to this store and ready to finalize the order. The door went up $100+. Fortunately, the day before my visit to this store to finalize the order, I went online and check the best rate for the product. Upon my research, Home Depot has the best price among other competitors in the area. To my surprised, at the store level the price is different. I asked the cashier if he can match competitors coupon first and he said yes. Then I asked if he can match Home Depot online price and he said no. The other associate said, Mr. Maynor is very strict and he will not give a discount. I said, I will not ask a discount, I will ask what being advertised. I told Mr. Maynor (Cashier)to call the manager. It is NOT ethical and good business practice to advertise lower price online and its $100+ difference at the store level. I was there at the store for more than 30 minutes and the issue was not resolved. I decided to cancel the other and vowed NOT to come back to HOME DEPOT anymore. If the price difference is $10 dollars I’m Ok with it but it’s over $100. This is not fair and I will also share my experience to social media to warned my colleague, friends and family before they waste their time.
