Mr Teddy at Savannah is very known and has excellent customer service!! Located in appliances!

The store needs to take proud in the bathrooms and clean up the isle, and I brought flowers and they said they didn’t have the plastic they normally have to protect your seats and carpets in your car, they use to have complimentary plastic to keep the dirt from getting into your car when you brought flowers soils from the garden area

This is my fav store but they have so much paperwork/fliers on customer counter area especially at the lumber cashier

Christy at the self checkout was extremely helpful when our barcode didn’t scan. She was positive and funny and friendly - the most helpful employee I’ve ever met at a home improvement store.

Every time we shop at Home Depot we are always greeted and always gets asked if we need help. Very friendly store and will always use this store for future needs.

Monica, the new associate, was an exceptional customer service representative. I have worked in customer service for over thirty years and I know great customer service. She had only been working at the store for three days or three weeks, (I cant remember which) and she was super friendly and helpful. I hope she will be recognized!

Excited to receive the appliances I purchased

I'm always happy to come to this store for any home improvement needs - the employees are helpful if I have any questions or in need of recommendations, and the products I need are always easy to locate.

This is my go to home products store because of price, product quality and location. The staff is well trained and attentive but today one of the store attendants went above and beyond with a ladder to get the product I needed. Rewarding experience.

Visiting the employees at this store is like visiting family or friends. I always feel right at home.

The Abercorn store has the greatest service ever! All departments have knowledgeable and helpful employees. The Pro Desk is outstanding in solving contractor supply issues! The Customer Service Desk provides stress-free and fast handling of any questions and concerns.

I shop this store all the time and have bought items from every department- the store employees are very friendly and knowledgeable .

I ordered and paid for a shower pan online. It was very easy ordering this and getting my military discount too. The next day I went to customer service. They pulled up my order and had it ready for collection within about 10 minutes. Two very nice and courteous employees helped load my truck. I am very pleased with my online shopping experience with The Home Depot.

I have never had a bad experience with Home Depot. At times I have thought they could hire more employees but the employees they have are very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They seem to appreciate my business and I appreciate theirs.

I have been a customer of this location for more than ten years and I generally find exactly what I need to complete my projects. If I don't for some reason the employee assistants are easy to find for answers. If they don't have the answer I'm looking for they find an employee with the expertise to assist me even if I don't end up buying a product. It is a very human experience. Makes me feel good every time.

Alice is amazing and I would definitely visit that Home Depot instead of other because how patient and helpful she was during the process.

I purchased a washer and dryer and the entire experience was great. Benjamin was the gentleman that helped me with the purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. The delivery was easy too. They got my washer and dryer to me within a couple of days, showed up right at the beginning of the time slot so I didn’t have to wait. The delivery drivers were quick, efficient, friendly and professional. This was a wonderful experience!

The cashier was so friendly and really upbeat. That makes a big difference in how someone feels when they are making a large purchase. Stephanie had a big smile on her face and a great positive attitude.

If you actually want good and accurate service in a paint department, go here and ask for Moe. After wasting hours at other locations Moe helped me instantly with something the other locations should have known and been able to do. Instead, they simply turned me away and said they didn’t have the product in stock.

I have been going to this store for years now for material and merchandise all over the store (paint, lumber, hardware, plants, tools, etc) and all employees I have encountered are willing and capable to help! Aisles are wide and organized and it looks like there is hardly ever anything out of place.

Throughout my kitchen remodel, I have made multiple trips to Home Depot and have experienced excellent customer service from just about every department in the store. Whether I am buying a $500 item or a $5.00 item, the customer service I have received has been outstanding. As a teacher, we were tirelessly to educate our students to be successful contributing members of society. It is evident that Home Depot works just as hard hiring and training quality, friendly employees to begin their careers as Sales Associates. Thank you, Home Depot!
