The store was extremely clean, employees very friendly and helpful. Mr. Teddy Wells in appliances was especially helpful in selecting our dishwasher. All employees greeted us with smiles and inquiring if we needed any help. I would recommend shopping at Savannah Home Depot for all your needs

The Abercorn Street Home Depot has an amazing paint department. The associates are friendly and so accurate in matching paint color!! The store is clean organized and well stocked!!

The service Tech Patrick in Tool Rental really knows what he’s doing great good Patrick.

On my visit I noticed how clean and how everything was displayed. That was really helpful. But actually I found out that Tool Rental does repairs also so I brought my Lawn mower in because it wouldn’t start. The nice service repair man Patrick was so nice and helpful it had it running in no time. I’m so greatful for his service he even help me get back in my van. Good good Patrick.

I came in at 8:15pm store was going to close soon. The young lady assisting me as I came to the garden section, aided me with interest and care. I ordered 15 bags of mulch and took a long time selecting flowers, yet she was patient. A lot of the young men workers were standing around in a group talking and laughing about their conversation. Only one young man was working while another young lady was watering the plants. My assistant told me she had to close the gate I came through and that she would take me up front. When I got there she was ready for my pre-order and got men to load for me my mulch . I wish I could remember this beautiful young African American 's name.

Kei in garden was very helpful and patient with my questions. Vondi at customer service was very pleasant at the customer service desk while she checked me out.

Staff is overall great, they take the time to really assist you, however you need to have some patience when they are busy.

A friend purchased a couple appliances, the Appliance Specialist was very friendly and din't rush through the process. He was very patient and know his products. Even though they didn't had what I was looking for, the same person helped me to place my order on line. Very helpful and patient.

The only thing I would encourage would be better customer service skils throughout the store. No one asks if you need help, they just walk past you. Other than that, the store is well stocked!

Wish that I knew the man's name who helped me in mixing my paint. My purchase was on 10/23 at 2:27pm, if this helps. I have never had someone go and get the can of paint to mix for me. Usually I brought it up to the counter to be mixed. I gave him the color and told him which finish and he got the paint. Great service!
