The manager Craig N. is the best. He is the most calming man ever, he really help me out with my problem. The customer service worker NETTE is the best also, she saw i was very unhappy and made it all better....GREAT JOB. Yashica great job also. I'll be back for a washer machine.

The store is clean and organized. Sometimes it is a challenge to locate an associate, but when you do they are most helpful and friendly. They would listen to what I was asking for and then ask clarifying questions to assist me in locating what I needed to complete my project. To include those items I might have forgotten, saving me a trip back to the store.

I have never received such outstanding service from the customer service representative in my life. At the returns desk, Ms Yashica of store 0122 was able to process and resolve my tool return even after 2 other employees and the online support team were unable to sort it out. While conducting at least 3 other people's jobs, answering online orders, managing 3 different ringing phones and 2 lines of customers with zero help, she never once skipped a beat. On top of that, she conducted herself with the utmost professionalism all while keeping a smile on her face and greeting each and every customer warmly before promptly resolving their concerns or needs. She is an incredible asset to your team!

This is my go to store for many of my DIY projects. The employees are always very friendly and ready to assist!!

I dealt with 6-7 associates and only one took the time to show me what i was searching for, all the rest made me feel like i was bothering them by asking for help. NOT COOL.

I love this store because I can always get the service I need in the paint department. I am refurbishing my patio area this time and yet again the tall heavyset man was there for me with great advice. He even goes with me to the area to help me understand the products and also have all the other materials I need for the project. My project turned out beautifully.

Great Staff environment safe to shop, employee willing to help and asked if you need assistance. I am remodeling our master bathroom, my spouse is a veteran with a disability with serious back issues . The Home depot Staff from Savannah plug together to help this veteran and his spouse. We are in mid 50's and with little health issues. Thank you MACK, DEVIN, JAMIE AND DIANE YOU ROCK.

Great Store.

The store has poor customer service.

On my last visit to Home Depot, one of the sales people went above and beyond in helping me. I was looking for plugs, plates, switches and some other things. He helped me choose the right ones, and made sure I had the right amount. When we couldn’t find some, he went and got the electric ladder and went through the boxes above the display to find what I needed. He made my trip easy and enjoyable. I have had this kind of help every time I go to this Home Depot.

I visit the store around 1:00pm and the associate (Jamie) was very busy but not busy enough to wait on me with a smile and told me to have a nice day. That was just as important to me than purchasing the paint. I really appreciated that..

Do find that this home depot is better stocked than the one on Skidaway and Victory dr.

We're just about finished with a major remodeling project, and this store has been extremely helpful with many of the things we needed, from flooring to appliances, to hardware to lumber. The employees have been very helpful, friendly and knew how to get the job done!

This Home Depot location has always been my favorite. I shop there frequently and the friendliness and assistance of the employees are commendable.I shop for my business and personal use and am very satisfied.

As a female often needing assistance in locating items, I have always found the associates willing to stop what they are doing to either direct me to where I need to be or share the required information on products. Very much appreciated!

Excellent personalized service in the customer service area.

The store is clean and orderly. The HD reps are very knowledgeable and eager to help. The guys in the paint dept. are always willing to shake up my old paint for me. (and, there's always a decent selection of "oops" paint.) This HD is a very nice one to visit and wander around in for inspiration when I'm a little slow going trying to figure out how to get ideas out of my imagination and manifested in this material universe.
