I was very pleased that a sales employee saw me looking at the appliances and took the time to come over and see if I needed any help. It was nice to not have to go searching for someone to help, which seems to be the norm in most big stores these days. I ended up purchasing a nice new washer and dryer, and the process was very smooth. The sales associate was friendly and helpful. The delivery date is set up for less than a week away!

I always use this store it is very convienent, so we buy a lot of appliances and other items from this location

Two young associates assisted me with the biggest smiles on their faces. A young lady ran up to me when she saw I had too many items in my cart and could not get to the registers. Then a young man assisted me by lifting and loading into my small SUV multiple bulky items in the 97 degrees heat. Excellent customer service which I will not forget!

Every time we go to the store, the customer service is impeccable. Nothing is too silly of a question. They also give the best options, whether price of quality.

Expect friendly and helpful service from the Home Depot associates at Savannah's Southside location on Abercorn street. The store is clean and well organized. I like the fact that the Home Depot associates at this store are very visible, so assistance is not hard to find. If you have paint supply needs, visit Mario in the paint department for Platinum level service--tell him Gary sent by. Have a fantastic Home Depot experience!

Get some of those customers service needed buzzers so it’s easier to get help. I have a very hard time finding employees especially in the gardening section, outside of the cashier.

The store is organized, it’s always easy to find a employee to assist you and checkout is quick! The items are always stocked well on the shelf and the layout is easy to understand. I was dizzy today from dehydration and Mrs. Frieda went above and beyond by getting a water to ensure I was okay! Come shop with them.

This store was very clean, even the bathroom. The man in appliances was a great help. Stephanie, the cashier, was a godsend. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. I got everything I needed and enjoyed the employee's company!!

This has been my "go to" store for all the time I've been in Savannah - 8 years. It will continue to be because of the high quality of lumber and merchandise they carry. Additionally, the associates and personnel there are not only knowledgeable about the products, they will make recommendations based on our descriptions of the project or specific need we have.
