This is NOT a big box store, but instead it is a large NEIGHBORHOD store. The employees make it seem like a local shop nearby with their friendliness, and their helpful attitude.

I come from a customer service background. Reviews are important to maintaining company culture within the employee group and reliability to the customer. This shopping & needs request experience was exceptional and worthy of much praise as these two girls are an exceptional asset to your team. Looking to purchase a shed and no one seemed to help. Finally had to go to customer service to get it then had to wait for someone to bring it out after 30 minutes. Worst experience. No one was friendly except the cashier that checked me out.

All employees are helpful but David in the special order section is the best; extremely knowledgeable and will not only direct you to the location but will escort you and discuss your needs.

Rented a Penske Truck for pickup @ Home Depot and ran into a problem. Katie was great in helping to get the problem resolved. Many thanks to her - kudos all the way!

Purchased a refrigerator that is not a popular size. Benjamin went above with his customer service to help me locate the exact one I needed.

I just had the best shopping expirence while purchasing appliances for the house. My salesman was great. The items were well displayed and clean. The salesman was wonderful. The passing by sales people were all friendly. I saw people cleaning the store which is great because the other store was not as nice.

Thank you for helping me with my purchase of a washer/dryer and fridge set for my husbands birthday. We are working on a full remodel of our kitchen/laundry room and this was a perfect start. I will be returning for future needs. This is the only location that had great customer service. Everywhere else I went lacked in that department.

I was in and out in a short time and even looked up my appliance with the sales rep. I scheduled the free delivery and was on my way.

I stopped in today while in town for a doctor’s visit; three staff members went out of their way to assist me during my visit. A gentleman in the tool section was super friendly and helpful as I searched and found an eight ounce ball peen hammer. A young lady assisted me with a Milwaukee 12 volt battery; she was super helpful and friendly. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the Milwaukee product line. My cashier, Stephanie, went out of her way to check me out quickly and she was super friendly as well! Thank you!!

I recommend this particular store for simply having associates available in all areas. Teddy greeted me from a far, he was very helpful and courteous.

This particular Home Depot store impresses me with their cleanliness and stock, but most of all,,,they actually have staff on the floor to answer questions and give advice, Unlike the big home improvement store across the parking lot where I stood for 15. Inures waiting for an employee to finish a personal conversation with a shopper then was towed he didn’t know anything about the department he was working in, The staff is genuinely friendly and Stephanie, the cashier who is always upbeat, positive and helpful is a great example of excellent customer service. I no longer even consider other stores of this nature!

They greet you when you come in and help with anything you need. I had the opportunity to have two of the best employees to help me during my trip and I couldn't be more pleased. Freda and Gary, wonderful people! I'll definitely be coming back to see them again.

I always like shopping at Home Depot especially since I am starting to work on projects in my home. Customer service is important to me and I like to be treated kindly where I spend my money at. I had help from a young man named Traven at the Abercorn Ext. store that made my shopping experience a pleasure. Home Depot definitely needs more sales help. Hopefully you can get more people like Traven.

Knowing nothing about how to paint a room that was deep red, the associates in the paint department lead me step by step on what I needed and why. The experience could not have been better.
