This store remains as efficient, clean and well supplied as it did when it first opened.

I was in need of kitchen appliances for two homes, you have a good showroom inventory and BETTER sales person in David Cintron He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient! He took the time to look up inventory and was able to assist me. The store was clean and WELL STAFFED.

This store continues to function effectively during the pandemic and is well stocked with materials and needed house supplies.

The store is well located with ample parking. It is organized well making it easy to find things and check out.

It’s hard to get someone to help you, to get what are you looking for. Norwalk store much better

I, like so many of my neighbors, am delighted to have Home Depot in Stamford. It has been a wonderful addition to our shopping needs. I found the employees are the biggest challenge for Home Depot - keeping them is probably difficult. However, when the store first opened and for several weeks after, sales help were very friendly - not so true now. I'm old fashioned, and believe customer service is very important and it is lacking in today's world.

This store is amazing!! It is brand new which means the large number of employees are all to the store. From my first to last visit every employee is eager to help. Plus have the time I have know idea what I need and in all departments an employee will take the time to assist me! Management must be one of the best because this store runs smoothly!

This store is convenient if you live in the area. David at flooring is very helpful. Vanessa at the cashiers always has a smile...however, other than Laurie at customer service, these ladies in that department need to be trained in customer service skills.

Stamford Home Depot seems to have the most helpful associates. It is neat and well stocked.

David in appliances was so helpful and kind during my experience of ordering a new washer and dryer for my Physical Therapy clinic down the road from this location.

Shopping experience was ok; I ordered a large household item over the phone, and the employee who helped my order, David, was FANTASTIC. The transaction went on smoothly. However, when I went to pick the item up, while leaving the store, the lot associate (can't remember name), did not use the appropriate tools to make the item fit in my car and did not seek assistance from more knowledge associates. At that point, I was under the impression that I needed a bigger car to transport the item which I mentioned to that associate. He agreed that that's what I needed to do, so I had to wait for another family member with a much bigger car to help me transport it.

Management is rarely available for when an employee needs management assistance. Transactions can take up to an hour if you need assistance in the appliance section

THE STORE IS GREAT ADDITION TO STAMFORD BUT PLEASE REQUEST THAT THE WORKER AND MANGERS. PUT NAME TAGS ON. OR IDENTIFICATION TAGS. THIS STORE SHOULD LEARN TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER BETTER. THE CREW THAT FROM NORWALK TO HELP RUN THE STORE IS GREAT, MAYBE EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR LEAD!!! JUST BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT SECURITY GUARD. AND TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER, NOT COLOR,SKIN OR NATIONALITY

There are no longer full service checkout lines in this store. In addition the self checkout does not accept cash.
