I needed to fix some fallen grout areas in my guest bathroom. Pam was working the isle and was great at helping me find just what I needed. She didn't push a larger quantity of the grout, but the perfect size for the job.

I shop here often and love the friendliness of the staff.

Toni was absolutely great ! She made me feel welcomed , she listened to my DIY project ideas and gave me knowledge on everything I needed when I come back to purchase merchandise

I recently had to visit Home Depot for getting Remodelling supplies and Blake at Tile Department was so helpful, he went out of the way to take care what we needed, recommended correct supplies; had everything Palleted and ready to go and even took care of all the paperwork. Was very impressed with Blake for his customer support.

Only reason I go here is because it’s close to home and convenient. There is nothing special about this location it’s just another big box hardware store. Prices on general items have gone up as well wish we had a mom and pop left in town.

I was helped by several staff members but two were standouts; Blake & Pam. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly in providing me with assistance. I appreciated the help they provided and will look for them on my next store visit.

Nice people who are friendly but don’t ask for any advice or help on home projects they don’t have a clue…

Employee named Joe approached me and asked if I needed help. Joe proceeded to look up an item for me and we learned there was only 1 left. Joe took his time to locate the item, even using a ladder to find it just for me! Outstanding customer service!

I’m here to give a shout-out to Blake who was kind enough to notice me confused in the wall tile aisle. Blake helped me figure out what backsplash I was looking for and offered advice on how to go about obtaining a sample and matching it with my kitchen.

I work on this side of town and I can tell you it is very nice to go into this particular store and always be greated by the employee in your paint department named Pratik, I finally asked him what his name was and had to tell him what a great employee he is because of all the years I have been coming to this store, he always says hi and always asks if I need help with anything even if I am not shopping in the paint department. I don't always look the same when I come in to shop and he is always consistent in his helpfulness and he is genuine about it. If I owned a retail business I would steal him from you. I hope you all treat him right and he is a very good representative for The Home Depot. You all are very lucky to have him.

Received excellent customer service from Blake at home decor department

I’ve been shopping at this Sugar Land Home Depot location for years and it seems as though every employee has been trained to make every shopper’s experience a pleasant one! There is definitely a “customer first” culture that makes it a pleasant experience to shop there!👏👏👏

This shopping experience was so amazing. There was a lady by the name of Mariah, who was so patient with me and so kind with helping me find the correct shower set that I needed. all they way through until I left she took very good care of me. I noticed that for every customer she passed by , she gave them a warm greeting. This is something I have never seen before in the stores. Kudos to you Mariah. Thank you so much for your help!

I’ve always had a great experience when visiting the store. The employees are very nice and are willing to help me find stuff and explain to me what things are and how they work.

Staffs here are more willing to help customers. Ms. Sherry and Ms. Kennedi did a fabulous job figuring out how to help me with my concern today. They went above and beyond trying to resolve the problem. Appreciate their effort and time.

We shopped for dishwasher a month ago and met Jocelyn. She was wonderful as she helped us choose the right one and placed the delivery order. We went yesterday for cooktop and was so happy to see Jocelyn again!

This is the best Home Depot location in the area. Customer service is excellent. They are always willing to help and they are very kind.

I had a great experience at this location in Sugarland. I've shopped here before, but this time, I needed assistance with a diy project using pvc pipes. I couldn't figure out the feet part of the stand and a crew member by the name of Wonderful helped me figure it out. He went above and beyond and was very resourceful. He was helping other customers at the same time, but would return to help me.

I bought a hand held bidet and it was easy to install. Love it so much.
