Very clean store considering everything going on right now. Service desk associates are cleaning constantly and it made me feel safe.

The store is awesome with very courteous employees and always helpful. You can always get what you came for as they are constantly stocking products.

The store was great with having family friendly project morning’s. The store’s team members continue to be a go to for insights when shopping or finding supplies I did not think of.

I want to thank Kiara for helping me by my dryer and it was a smooth transaction. She made sure that I was buy the matching dryer to my washing machine that I bought several months prior.

The 2 associates I met deserve 5-stars!! Mr. Robert and Ms. Odalis ROCK!! They both display excellent customer service skills and patiently worked with me to find the best deal... Way to go TEAM.. Keep up the good work..

There is very little attention paid to people wearing a mask. For that matter, some of the employees didn't wear their mask correctly. To the employee that wore his mask over his chin, that is not correct. As the corona virus cases are increasing, it would be nice if Home Depot took it seriously.

Much better than before in finding the materials at the right place.However, got disappointed when I was told that there was no more 70% off condemned products but sorry to hear they all are trashed instead of people like me utilizing the products in the wood department

Great place - well-stocked and -organized, with friendly staff - what more could you ask for!

Two store employees were standing next to each other talking, near store entrance. One had his mask not covering his nose; the other had his mask down around his chin! They were only about 2-3 feet apart! They have 2 large signs saying face coverings are required in the store.

Roy enjoys his job and was very helpful and friendly. Made my shopping easier and had a smile on his face. 5 stars!!!!

I special ordered a product and went to check on the delivery status. I was told that the item was being discontinued and that my order would not be coming in. The Manager went above and beyond to help me locate the product that was in stock at another Home Depot.

Clean, organized and with dependable staff

Most Home Depot stores have an updated returns/customer service area. Not this one. You have to stand in the AISLE where every single person who enters the store has to brush shoulders with you. Employees have a TINY walkway right next to the customers doing returns to go in and out of the customer service area. IT IS NOT SAFE.

It was good to see an adequate number of associates to provide assistance. Associate at checkout discovered a mistake in items charged and corrected our receipt, also was very friendly. Asked 2 associates about location of large hooks to hang a ladder on in the garage, and both sent us to wrong aisles; 3rd associate got it right!

Very friendly atmosphere. Eligio from appliances is the best. Extremely recommend this Home Depot branch.

All employees from customer service (cashiers Maria and Maddy) to specialty areas (Bre) are patient, polite, professional, and are at the ready to help with obtaining what you need for your project with consideration of your goals and budget!

Associates are friendly

Fantastic store with fantastic staff. Cashier Madison has a great attitude and will make sure you are taken cared off. Have all the items that I need for my home repair and home improvement needs. Also thanks to the staff making sure we are all safe during the COVID19 pandemic. I was able to get in out of the store efficiently. Home Depot Team @ Sugarland is AWESOME!!!!

This store is always clean & properly stocked. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

Employees need to know if a product is empty on the shelf if there is anymore in the store. Maybe located in a different part of the store.

I love this location. It has a huge selection, the employees seem to care and want to assist you. One of the Managers Pandra provided me EXCELLENT customer service! I look forward to my next visit

The store is ok but out of stock of a lot of things. Finding people to assist is always an issue at this store. The cashier was rude and uncaring. Normally they’re ok but not today. Don’t expect much from this store

The Home Depot is ok. Every time I shop Home Depot I have hard time to get assistance e. g. I was looking something for my kitchen I asked for help the employee could not help then he was looking for somebody to help me. He never came back then I have to ask the customer to help me. The customer was very helpful and nice. Thanks God he knows.
