This is my go-to Home Depot because of its location so I've gotten to know the store layout and employees quite well. I find the folks who work here to be very nice, knowledgable, and friendly. Every question is answered with a smile. The layout makes sense and the aisles are generally well stocked and organized. Pro Desk is wonderful to work with. Customer service/returns are usually short or at least move quickly. Most of their day staff are long time employees and it shows. They know where everything is and what's new on to the market which may fit your specific need.

There is an employee by the name of Frances by the ceiling lights and fans. She is very helpful and nice and has a helpful attitude.

Never, I mean never, is an employee available and then only when you corner them. They generally begrudge you and help.

I purchased laminate flooring at .59cent per square foot. Excellent price for flooring I have been looking for.

It was nice to easily find an available assistant to ask for help. In many stores you have to chase one down many aisles away. Not so at this store, there were attendants in or at the front of every aisle. And they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. It made making my purchase decision time saving and simple. This is my go to store because of their great Customer Service.

There are at least three Home Depot's around me and this particular store is top notch. They always have an ample supply of whatever I need, courteous reps ready to help you as soon as you arrive.

Employees couldn’t help, boxes all over the floor, the only one that was kind was the wonderful cashier.

The best part of this home depot was my experience with Monica, the cashier at customer service! She’s a cross between an angel & a superhero! I had a complicated return and repurchase because I used my gift cards as well as my debit card….plus I purchased quite a few things on today’s trip. I spent at least 20 minutes w Monica as we sorted through my mess, and she was patient, polite, & positive! She’s an excellent example of ideal customer service and she should be cloned!! I’m super appreciative of her professionalism and positivity! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because only one person asked me if I needed help. I spent nearly $400 today and was in the store for an hour and a half. Even if I would’ve spent only $2, it would’ve been nice if a few of the many employees I saw would have at least said hello if not asking me if I needed help. I felt invisible. Otherwise, I’ll continue to love Home Depot and will definitely be back!!

This store has a great product mix. It's nice to find what I need in one trip and with fair or great prices.

Abdullah - was very kind on helping me get the correct price on product. Manager Robert - was helpful & honored what I needed. Cashier Monica - was very kind with her greeting & patient with me. All was of them was very kind & professional.

This is a smaller store but has most the things you need just may be limited on selection for building materials e.g. trim, doors, windows etc. The customer service here is great however. The employees are helpful and friendly and have a good attitude. I would recommend this store over others.

I usually know what I want and where I can find it. This visit I wasn’t sure where to look so I asked first employee I saw. Told me where to look. Found it. Good selection and price so I bought the extension cord as well as two toilet seats. Friendly cashier asked me to take survey so I did just because of the way she asked. There you have it!

Excellent service. Alex and Jose in lumber were so helpful, fast, respectful…even though I’m clearly not a big contractor buying huge loads of lumber. Then I spoke w manager Robert to tell him this positive experience and he was just as nice. Great job gentleman!

The management is engaged taking care of customers. Really appreciate their efforts. I would like to see the associates at the Service Desk to be more cooperative with the fellows peers when are needed.
