Definitely found an employee that was try to unnecessarily upscale items either because he knew nothing or because he was trying to take advantage of me as a woman thinking I didn’t know anything. Will not go back to this one

This store is amazing and filled with incredible staff. It's almost unreal. All staff that I dealt with during a single trip were perfect in every way. I visited the millworks, customer service, and garden center departments during my visit. All staff were incredibly helpful, and very personable. This is why I plan to continue shopping here for all my home and garden needs.

The sugarland Homedepot store has one of the best environment and customer service who makes shopping really easy and pleasant

My store is the greatest. I have a choice of two home depots and this one outsells the other in the cleanliness of the store, the care of the plants, and the organization of the items.

Im a contractor my time is very valuable went into store no employees seem to be im the area only saw 2 and were ignoring people i went for paint waited 30 minutes for someone showed up and he didnt knew how to color match he blamed it on computer just got my samples and left HORRIBLE costumer service and time wasting store

I have many examples. I have yet to meet a store associate who is not professional, kind in their mannerisms, and who did not stop to ask if you need assistance or help. My experience is always great. Other Homedepot stores could take a page out of the Sugar Land store's book.

Had to return an item without a receipt. It was made quick and easy by the employee.

We went shopping for a new refrigerator and were helped by a superb customer service person, Charles Hall. He made the whole experience pleasant and smooth.

Avdva was exceptional! I need 30 keys. She saw me there asked if I needed help ( she knew Hardware was short staff and did not want me have a long wait). She was from the Lumber dept. She was exceptional to care of customer service and thoughtless toward a customer!!!

Katina (seemed to be a manager) is rude and not customer focused. On top of that, there were untrained people. Took over 20 mins to return an item with 3 people trying to figure it out. Online showed in stock for store pick up, store likely didn’t pull the item off the shelf before it sold out.

I like this store because it always have what I am needing at the time. The associates are always friendly and most of all professional. Check-out is always a breeze with the professional associates.

I am happy to have this Home Depot as a source for keeping my yard and home in order.

For the most part I can't complain about anything.

I bought my Range from Home Depot ,because I am always pleased with the prices and discounts offered. This has always been ,where I buy my appliances and other household items .

I got to see the store manager in action today interacting with customers and an employee. In my book, the way the store manager handles these two interactions set my opinion of the store as a whole. Not knowing he was the store manager, a customer asked him for help in unlocking a electrical hand tool that was locked up. Many managers will just send the customer to an associate because they have better things to do. This manager didn’t. He took care of the customer. In doing so, he asked the nice associate helping us 15 feet away if she had the key. He knew her by name and spoke with respect. Impressed by his great attitude, I looked at his uniform apron and saw “store manager.” I thought to myself, “No wonder I haven’t ever had a negative experience in this Home Depot!”

If Home Depot is about more doing like in the commercial, this store isn’t. They run from you when you need help. Might as well order online.

Pamela bath the Sugar Land Texas store is exceptional. I hope that when I visit the store again she will be there. She is truly an asset and should be recognized for her knowledge, ability and customer service.

I went to buy a precision screwdriver set a few days ago to fix my complicated Logitech computer mouse, and had a pleasant experience with the staff there. The staff there were awesome. they were very helpful, assisted me to find exactly what I needed. Shout out to Pandra, Shelia, Sherinickey at this Sugarland location. they were really friendly, patient with me; fantastic workers. What I needed was very difficult to find and required multiple visits to the store till I found the correct one, but each time one of them was there to assist. The item I finally found worked perfectly! Very pleasant experience
