The Wichita Falls Home Depot store is my favored over other home improvement stores. Cutting services are more readily available, and employees are always around to help with item choices and directions

I like this store its usually very clean and organized, But its chronically understaffed! Particularly in the lumber, Paint, and Garden sections. They usually have a great selection of yard and garden products, and I recently bought a lovely Cub Cadet lawn tractor that is an exceptional value for the money. On this trip I bought some planter soil and there was a good variety of choices to pick from. The prices on garden soil and amendments are very good.

I purchased a Gate Drop Bar today and it was the exact size I needed and does not require any special tools to install.

Greg and paint was extremely helpful and Twila the cashier was great!

I had to go to this store 3 or 4 times to complete a project. It was no fault of the store that I had to return so many times. it was a learning experience. However, each time I returned an employee was more than happy to assist me in finding what I needed.

Employees are always helpful unlike the competitor across the street.

This is a great store because they have enough employees on the floor to help you.

Vary good customer service and being a vendor for this store we haven't had any problems with are product being block by bbq pit and lawnmowers

This place is a disgrace to all home depots! Of the people working there maybe 5% of them are helpful and respectful. The other 95% are rude and unprofessional! They refuse to help at all! Go to the home depot in Abilene, TX if you want to see a remarkable home depot!

Employee Brooke was outstanding! I had no idea what I was looking for, type of material, warranties,installation, etc. She took time to make sure I understood the nuances of the various carpets . Awesome service!

Individual walk through the door they want to be felt like they're made welcome particular when they're spending their money, particularly when they are veteran who fought for this great nation and more importantly when this country is already going through enough for race relations already. This manager your representative of your store show the blatant disregard to me as I was standing there talking to her her name is Sherry she had on a Hawaiian shirt and she was very unprofessional

Went to purchase a new lawn mower and the Home Depot employees were outstanding. They put it on the cart for me, went with me to pay, then loaded it on my truck. I didn't even ask for help, they just did it without me asking. Great customer service.
