The staff always seems to help with whatever my needs that trip are. Being DIYers we make plenty of trips to our local home depot. We have completely renovated our home down to the studs, moved walls and put it back together nicely with your help. The project we are working on now is a complete front lawn renovation. We couldn't be more thankful for the helpful staff at our store.

Wow!!! the Home Depot in Wichita Falls is a super nice, well stocked store, with employees that go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction every time. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of tools, lumber, and supplies is phenomenal.

The employees are not very friendly. No one looked happy to be there. I felt like I inconvenienced the person making keys for me.

VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE.. THEY WERE PRETTY BUSY BUT JOEL STAYED RIGHT WITH US DURING OUR PURCHASE AND HELPING US TO LOAD...STORE WAS CLEAN; CASHIER WAS GOOD.

We needed a patio door. We were given outstanding customer service from Will and we will definitely be back for other needs. This store is very good about asking if you need help. We were across the street at the other home improvement store and no one asked us if we needed help. We stood in one department for several minutes before deciding to go to Home Depot. We had planned to get quotes from both stores, but only Home Depot helped us.

Sheresa at customer service knew exactly where I could get was needing. She was very busy but took care of everyone with a smile and acknoledged us all. Great service

Sheresa the cashier was very helpful to not just me but the other employee that was originally trying to help me. She was very polite and had a smile the whole time I dealt with her.

Never have a problem finding someone to help me find what I am looking for - in fact, I am usually asked several times each visit if I need any help finding anything. And if they don't have it in stock it is ordered immediately and delivered on time!!

Excellent customer service

I want to say thank you to the employees that were very helpful and quick to assist and direct me in my selections. From the young lady named Candy at the service desk, to the young man named Trevor who came up smiling and helped me find what I needed, (at a great price might I add) and assisted me in lifting and loading my purchased items in my car for me. Very knowledgeable and very kind! Thank you both! It’s nice to know that when you have to ask for assistance that you have a place to go that is there to serve you. Very happy with our purchased item!!

The store's lighting is really dark inside. Hard to make deals on clearance items because department managers have no power.
