We were traveling from Houston to Colorado with plans to stay overnight in WF. Our Colorado home builder could not find the floor tile we need in the local HD stores so we checked for availability here. This was a Sunday evening, near store closing. I want to thank Malachi for promptly answering the phone and helping us by pulling our order and having it waiting for us at the customer service desk. Our cashier Lynda was also very cheerful and helpful. We were very pleased with the overall experience and are happy to recommend this HD location to others!

THIS STORE IS NEAT AND CLEAN AND HAVE NICE EMPLOYEES. THEY HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS SELECTION WITH BEAUTIFUL PLANTS FOR CHRISTMAS AS WELL. I BOUGHT WAY MORE THAN I HAD ON MY LIST.

Always clean and even the parking lot is clean and carts are put away. People are friendly and a source of good information when you need it.

I visited Home Depot in Wichita Falls Thursday 8-22-2019. Upon my arrival Sheresa the very first person to greet me. She was very helpful with my visit. She was very polite and courteous. For this reason I will shop again at Home Depot. Wichita Falls Tx. Thank you

Excellent customer service. A certain gentleman help me. His name was Tommy. The only thing I would like to suggest is that when it is 105 degrees outside the customers would enjoy water.

Cashier Jaylynn at Pro Desk end of store at 8pm 8/17 was too busy talking to coworkers to scan the stud I wanted to purchase; she wanted ring it up as a 2x4 x 8 foot and charge me a higher price. She argued about it for a couple of times, till I finally told her it wasn't 8' long. Then she peeled off the sticker and looked it up (now I don't have the sticker in case I want to return it). She also didn't spell the job name correctly even though I spelled it for her. Previous night she didn't even let me enter a job name. Not friendly, more interested in talking to coworkers than taking care of customers.

We so appreciate the gentleman greeter at the front door. He always has a smile, knows where everything is and can direct you there. All the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

EXCELLENT PRESENTATION OF ALL MATERIAL AND TOOLS IN LOCATIONS WHERE THE CONSUMER WOULD EXPECT TO FIND THEM. HELPFUL, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WILLING TO GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO SHOW LOCATIONS AND TO EXPLAIN HOW THINGS WORK. STORE IS METICULOUSLY CLEAN AND SPARKLING. GENERALLY ANYTHING THE CONSUMER NEEDS IS ON THE SHELVES. CHECK OUT LINES ARE SHORT AND EFFICIENT.
