All the employees at the Wichita Falls Home Depot are always so nice and helpful!

Although, there was not an associate asking if you needed help the highlight was self service cashier who was patient and help me use my e-coupon.

This store had so much better a price, than the local Amarillo Home Depot store, on the bulk item I needed even considering travel costs it saved me money to shop there. Thanks for a good experience.

I love this store. I have never had a bad experience in this store. I will often times just browse thru the store getting ideas for future projects and maybe price out some items. The staff is always helpful and I have even encountered staff who has done a similar project and given me some tips to make it easier. Such nice people here.

Angel is a great guy and is very helpful for anything you need. He takes his time and asks you what exactly you want it does his absolute best to help get all you need.

It is very clear who works here compared to other stores. The staff are very helpful. We went between 8 or 9 at night and a guy (Brad) helped us get everything we needed

I was welcomed when I entered the door. and was asked it they could assist me. All employees who assisted me were friendly and courteous. They helped me locate the item that I purchased and answered my questions. When leaving they thanked me for shopping at Home Depot.

Probably the best management team I've run across in 40+ years of contracting. I've seen that manager many times and he is always moving but never to busy to say hello, ask about my well being etc. it translates to every department including the older gentlemen that greets you and who is himself very knowledgeable about construction materials.

Our Home Depot is always clean- products are so easy to find. The home depot app certainly can help with locating what you need. But if you're in the store, no need to use it because the team members are so friendly and always willing to help. I always get the assistance I need.

Amazing customer service in the Garden center!!! We have made multiple trips for Rumblestone pavers and the help from the staff is above and beyond every trip. We appreciate the help from all these great employees: Tom, Jon, Vic, Angel, Dorien and Greg. All these employees have such a happy attitude with willingness to help every time. Good customer service still lives, and we are thankful because it does make a difference to the buyer. -Ashley
