This is my local Home Depot since I moved to Lavon Texas two years ago. Always a great store to go to and I love shopping there. Kevin, Maryam and Maria were Awesome in helping me. My whole transaction was a success. At the end of the day, I upgraded to a Traiger 34 pellet Smoker, man I love that thing. I love my local Home Depot! I came to the store not sure what flowering bushes to buy for my front lawn. I came with a budget in mind and specs that I wanted for my garden. She did an amazing job of listening to what I wanted and my concerns. She advised me accordingly and make it an enjoyable shopping experience. I would definitely come back for her help and customer service skills.

This isn’t a review of a tool, but a review for the awesome humans that work at your location. Winnie and Maria took my self driven stressful day and turned it into a grateful and inspiring one. They both helped me out when I lost my tape measure in the shopping cart in the parking lot in a rush during the pouring rain on 4/20/2024. An experience that I’ll continue to remember. I know it’s just a tape measure, but to me the kindness and understanding they showed was so much more.

Rasheda, our check out cashier is the best. Such a great asset to home depot. Was very patient in clarifying our questions regarding price of our product. Signed us up for the company discount program and completed our check out in a timely manner. She maintained a professional, positive attitude, with a charming personality throughout our check out.

In November 2023 purchased a refrigerator and in December 2023 went back and purchased a washer and dryer from the same employee her name was Deya she was GREAT !!! helped us with all our needs she went above and beyond for my family. Please feel free to reach out to me by text for the name of your Genuinely Helpful Employee. I was so distressed by the end I was worried I might have an actual cardiac event. I had traveled to this location based on an online search that had an artificial tree in our low budget and I had promised our 7 year old we would have a tree before the day was out. The person working customer service rolled his eyes when I asked about the item and said if inventory says there is one, it’s a display item, and all the trees could be found nearby in the Christmas Display section. The item in question was not present. So I went outside to the live tree lot. Here a team member told me I was lucky to get the trees before they would be discounted in a few days. He offered me a tiny “Charlie brown” style tree before I asked if there were larger ones in the tent behind him in my budget. He was surprised to learn there were, and said it was not his section. He assured me that the base could be drilled out for the spike/tripod tree stand I had waiting at home, and let me know that I could just put coca-cola in the base instead of tree preservative. I took the tag inside and paid. When I came out to collect my purchase the young man who had mislead me (probably unknowingly) was gone & I was told that the equipment to prepare my tree was not on site, and when I asked his help in securing it to the roof of my car, the employee initially said it was company policy to no longer do so. When he saw I was becoming upset, he grudgingly agreed to help me secure our tree— I was glad for the help and tied all the knots myself specifically so as not to get him in any trouble. I then thanked him & asked where I could acquire a new stand, and was directed inside. When I checked the Christmas Display section for the tree bases and found none, I asked the person at the customer service desk if I could check elsewhere for them, and the (different) employee again dismissively directed me back to the Christmas Display section. I stood there several minutes, checking the section and finding nothing in a state of increasing distress. Eventually, your Genuinely Helpful Employee passed by and I asked her for help. She quickly lead me to the proper section where the stand could be found— as well as several artificial trees, one of which appeared to be the item I had driven from Garland for in the first place.

Purchased our refrigerator although the refrigerator will it be in until 12/22/23. Mrs. Cathy went over & beyond the call of duty. Our go to person at HD.

I bought 4 appliances and Fred Alaraj was fantastic at helping me pick them and check out.

I needed several items to complete a project, and several staff members helped me to understand the best materials and tools to use to complete it. They saved me a lot of time and frustration by being able to complete the project without any problems.
