I like this location because employees are helpful and friendly.

Everything in my house including refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, ac unit, all faucets and sinks, doorbell, door knobs and locks, water heater and you name it is bought and installed from Home Depot. The are reliable and stand behind their products so have no reason to shop anywhere else.

My husband and I stopped by here not really expecting to find anything, but hoping there was something left of the outdoor furniture. We ran into Aaron who helped us find the perfect set. His customer service was phenomenal! We are new to the area, and this is our new preferred store!

Of all the Home Depot stores I have been in, the Wylie store and its employees are exceptional

I regularly shop at Greenville, Rockwall and Wylie Home Depot. I have alway enjoyed very good customer service and almost always find what I’m looking for. Thursday I was shopping at the Wylie store, looking for help with a project I discovered on the internet. I thought I knew what I wanted. K a very pleasant veteran was working in the plumbing department. She listened to my project idea and gave me suggestions to make my project easier and saved me 50% off what I thought I needed. K cut my materials several times to make it convenient for me to carry. I will look to K for help in all my projects.

Alfredo and Aaron went above and beyond to help me. I would’ve bought the wrong product and done my task completely wrong if it wasn’t for them. I really appreciated how friendly they were and how much I learned. I will definitely be shopping here in the future instead of other home improvement stores.

There isn't a store that will handle problems with returns, instore and online purchases as well as this company

My concrete contractor sent me to get the plumbing parts I needed to have set in the foundation of a building I'm putting up on my property. I had no clue what I was looking for, but the staff at this particular Home Depot made sure I got the right person to help me (John the master plumber), and ensured I had all the information and the parts I needed. It's been a long time since I've shopped at a Home Depot, but this is now my go-to store.

I always like going to Home Depot’s compared to the competition. They have experience employees. They are friendly helpful and I would like to give a shout out to Lori cashier lawn and garden at the Wylie location. She is a helpful, knowledgeable terrific employee

Went to store to purchase a appliance. Cathy was great at helping me. Had some issues and Kyle @pro took over and cleared everything. This is something you don’t get at other stores. I will be returning to this store.

Mike in hardware and Caroline (an assistant manager) were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find a part # for a caster that didn't have any markings for identification. Excellent customer service by these two. These are the kind of people that make you want to shop at Home Depot. Thank you very much for all your help!

This Home Depot store was extremely welcoming! I walked over to customer service with an issue, and immediately the Assistant Store Manager (Carolina) assisted me. She not only resolved the problem I had but went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I came back a few days later after purchasing an item from a different store and I was greeted by Aaron and Francisco. I showed them my receipt and explained to them that I wasn't charged correctly, and the item was not the correct one I ordered. Aaron immediately called the store while Francisco called other stored around to see if that specific item was available. They worked as a team! After a few minutes they offered to show me some in-store tool chest and I ended up buying one that same night! Carolina, Aaron and Francisco and quality employees!!!

Zachary, Caroline, and Robert are what tru customer service is about! Zachary although new was kind and helpful. Caroline and Robert were also part of this amazing team experience. They saw how frustrated I was at the cituation and they made my mood change for the better. Wish their were more people like this who knows what to do and how to help those in need. Thank you 3 I will be back very soon.

You were pushing people to go to the garland store because they are fully stocked with their items. I live in Wylie and when you’re out of stock on something I have to go to Garland that is totally outrageous to have to travel when you have Home Depot in your old town. Do you need to train your your employees to know your store and know where everything is and to keep things in stock to make it a better store. Talk to hire up to get the store back in stock of things that are too low this should not be like this in my home store.

I love this store. There are several associates here that can answer any questions regarding plumbing, lighting, paint, etc and I rely heavily on them. Unfortunately, expertise is severely lacking on the weekends but during the week the A-Team is working.

When in unsure of what I wanted for my kitchen the professional employee Debbie was very helpful and patient! Left there with everything done and so pleased with the service!

I’ve known Robert for 3years and I always had an excellent feedback from him on matters I need professional advise. He even share’s information where I can save money on purchases for home project. Kudos to him.
