I am starting my house repair things my self but lots of things I don't know stuff name and I always go home depot photos of products OT photos of situation I had with projects I doing , and mostly staff members willing to help and understanding the project and according to projects they suggest me advice to buying stuff.

I was extremely happy with my purchase.

In this terrible heat wave, 100+ degrees, our freezer decided to go out. It was loaded with food since we have been trying to pick up specials with the costs going up so,so high. Was so glad to quickly find a close store with what we needed.

If you have a project small or large Home Depot associates in Wylie are awesome and extremely knowledgeable! If you need any help in electrical Mr. Jim is your man he’s a great asset to the Home Depot team!

I have been to a lot of Home Depots and find the one in Wiley to not only be convenient it also has great parking, good inventory of what I usually purchase in stock. When ordering online for pickup if it just happens to run out of stock, they will email you to let you know and would return your refund to your account. I had them call me once to let me know so I would not have to drive all the way for a pickup for an item that just ran out of stock.

Elizabeth was very professional and greeted me as soon as I walked, she even stopped scanning just to greet me, that has never happened at this store. I continued on my way and picked up what I needed. I stopped and checked out with Elizabeth and she already had a helper waiting for me to load my product great customer service.

I specifically went to the Garden Center to purchase Soil and Mulch listed on sale. The Mulch did not ring up that the sale price, and the cashier would not honor the sale price listed in the sale ad.

I had three different returns all with separate receipts. William in Customer Service took the time to handle my returns with patience and efficiency. I keep coming to this Home Depot (Wylie) because of the excellent employees!

The employees are not as helpful as other Home Depot's I have visited. The rentals are not inspected as they noted on the cards.

Find an associate named Jerusalem to help you. You won't be disappointed.

this store has by far the best customer service in all departments . Carolina and Robert and all the pro desk are on top of it. Even the employees through out the store are quick to see if you need help.

I live I the Dallas are and used to do my shopping in McKinney or Dallas are until I shopped at Wylie. Ever since I always go see the man Tito he has taken care of me like no other he does thing no one care to do. Excellent customer service and great prices.

My experience has been the worst to date. It was a custom order placed in August and that never came and is still to be refunded. There was lack of follow-up and the manager I spoke Daniel could seem to careless. Inaccurate information was provided to me by Terry and I feel at the time she found out it was Inaccurate she could have called me. I've had to take hours out of my busy schedule to either physically go up there or call on the phone to get my issue resolved. I am beyond livid.

I love the friendly staff at this store.

During the self check out I press the military discount you have to put your number in and show your ID. I am a combat vet that serve 26 years in the army young lady that came up told me I did not qualify for the discount because I didn’t have a pro card I showed her my military ID card and she still told me I did not qualify she started to get an attitude with me about it so I asked to see the manager and as she was walking away she was mumbling under her breath how I didn’t know what I was talking about. The other young lady who came over and said yes I did qualify for the military discount I informed her that they may need to teach the young lady some customer service before she’s handling customers and being so rude!! I’ve never been talked to like that young lady talk to me at Home Depot or any other store I talk to people the way I would want to be talked to.

Debbie and Deya in the appliance department excelled at providing the best, most personal and enjoyable customer service experience I’ve ever received!! Home Depot is very fortunate to have these two lovely and extremely competent employees within the company! Because of their hard work for several hours, we were able to find the EXACT appliance we desired. They went over above and beyond!!

Lots of painting supplies. Never a shortage of paint supplies. Plenty of people working in the paint department consistently!

I bought a big tree and other stuff for yard.

I bought a wood and on the way it to check out my wood broke and the associated gladly gave me a new one

We needed plumbing parts for an addition and the employees were very helpful.

I needed to find some good quality Cabinets for a client of mine. So I came to wylie Home Depot to speak with Tito at the pro desk. I was in a hurry and talked to tito and told him what the client wanted and gave him the measurement, color of the cabinets. As always I told home to get me a quote and to try to keep it under a $5000 dollar budget. He never questioned it took the drawings and said he will get it done. He is amazing got me the quote in a timely manner and got my client some designer grey cabinets and the best thing about it all he managed to set up a layout of how they will go and proposed it to me and the client not only agreed to it he loved that Tito to the time and researched the designs and cabinets and got us a great deal the client could not refuse. Great Customer Service, and fast turn around time. I will keep shop with Tito and the Home Depot team.

Very friendly people with prompt assistance that is not only professional, but they go the extra mile to patiently and knowledgeable answer questios, point out details, show hands on functioning features and assist any way best they can. The Wylie, TX Home Depot is an amazing store with very friendly and knowledgeable associates! I live in this store and my experience is always awesome!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The wait time (in line) is much shorter than other stores that I've shopped.
