Cydnie handled my return quickly and with humor.

There were two large rats fighting in the racks when one rat then fell to the ground and ran across the aisle to another rack. A store employee confirmed the store has a rat infestation and even showed me the bare candy and chocolate counters are empty next to the checkout lanes because of this. Get rid of the rats!

Friendly store with knowledgeable staff. They go over and beyond to help out. I always leave with a happy shopping experience.

I was able to get the assistance I needed for the purchase of a refrigerator that was not in stock, but is scheduled to be in stock in August 2020. The Store Associate, Ms. D. Harris searched the Home Depot system finding the refrigerator needed and completed a back-order purchase without any problems.

Always friendly. Steve in the paint dept is the man. He’s an expert. He was a long time painter and has been at HD for a long time too. Go see him for anything paint related. See Juanetta in customer service. She will take care of you like a champ!

Waited over an hour in curbside pick up. Only 2 other vehicles waiting and they were there over an hour as well. Employees are generally rude, sarcastic and extremely condescending when asked questions.

This store always has it together. My orders are always ready and the staff is always ready to step in and help. I shop at several HD's and this place ranks as #1 for me.

Large rats live in the store. I had a huge rat cross an isle about ten feet in front of me.

A white older lady at customer service is so rude to her employees, while i was up there the cashier would ask her questions and the old lady would answer with attitude. I couldn’t imagine if she treats her coworkers like that how she would treat customers

On Wednesday January 29th I came to Home depot to get a sample of paint. Steve was working in the paint area. He was waiting on 4 people at one time and those of us who had to wait, he looked at us and yes he will get to us in a moment. He made eye contact. When he got to me he apologized for my wait. On Thursday I went back to Home Depot to get another sample. The young man behind the counter was not Steve. He was young and slow. He never looked at the people waiting, He worked with one person at a time. He made my sample. shook it up in the machine, he then took care of another person before I got my sample. He could have reached down and retrieved it but did not. I got me items and went to check out. I got to my car, the sample fell out of my bag and splattered all over me, my shoes and the ground. I went inside, to customer service who pointed me to go to the paint counter. So I carried the bag with the mess of paint, the young man never helped me until he was finished with his customer. A contractor handed me Pyrel wipes and helped get the paint off my hands, legs and shoes. He finally made me a new sample and apologized for the mess. My problem is not the wait, my problem is not one manager came over to help me remove the paint from my stuff. I feel the guy should have alerted someone about the situation. He did nothing except apologize. I went there Friday the 31 and got another sample, Steve was there and when he found out I was the lady with the sample spill he was so apologetic, he again waited on me and someone else. His customer service is beyond great, He is sweet, he trys to make you feel good about waiting. He goes beyond for his people. Train your people to be like him.

The store manager, Jamie & Marge in Appliances were great. The other store employees in Appliances were too busy chatting with each other to help us. One gentleman was helping another customer but he did not acknowledge us either.
