If you’re looking for new appliances I highly recommend working with Tito at the Home Depot in Wylie. Outstanding customer service! Really went above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress free.

The Wylie Home Depot goes above and beyond all your expectations when doing home improvements. I am grateful to have such knowledgeable people working in our town store.

I would recommend and have recommended this store to all my partners in the general contractors business. For 1 simple reason Wylie Pro desk TITO that is one awesome individual he will go above and beyond for anything you need. That is the only reason I go to wylie Home Depot. I live in Celeste tx the nearest store is Greenville I will drive over 1.5 hours just to buy one thing that is my loyalty to him because he takes care of me even if he is not there he takes care of me he is always a text or phone call away. In fact he has been taking care of my business in Louisiana by call my shop and see what my crew needs and he takes care of the product and makes sure he can get the product that I need there with all the nation wide shortages and logistics issues. I am blessed to have and HD Associate that cares about me and my business. GIVE THE MAN A RAISE OR I WILL HIRE HIM.

Tito and Daniel were the best, Daniel helped me gather the materials, while tito started scanning and making sure I was getting the lowest prices. He even stopped and and told me that I was buy the most expensive fence brackets and told me about the other ones were 77 cents each. He then enrolled me in pro rewards and saved me more by doing so.That was so grateful of him, he didn’t have to but he did. Tito then saw that both Daniel and I did not know how to work the straps so he showed us.

Well Tito is always business but when i show up and tell him i need help he always stopes what he is doing and take care of what i need. The best thing about it is that if he does not have it he always finds it else where and sometimes at a cheaper price. It is good to know that there is somebody there always trying to help save you money and time.

Having associates like Liliana is a big asset to the company! She was very helpful in helping us find a showerhead. She was also kind enough to check us out. Thank you!

The older man in electrical was an electrical wizard, and the cahier Janice had a fantastic smile and awesome personality. It feels warm and inviting to be shopping in your store, from the greeter to the cashier.

Tito is his name and problem solving is his game. I walked in to do a refund on some pipe jacks from last night roofing job. I was talking to Tito and mention that I have been trying to find a complete shower door and how it became a big problem. He simply said follow me and the took me to the where the shower doors were and found exactly what I needed. Not only did he find it he even told me that I can get all three items free, he said use your pro perks that’s is why I manage your account. I am a happy contractor.

I always find what I need at Home Depot and for a good price. I wont shop anywhere else for my hardware and garden needs

Great store. Helpful friendly people. They got the rat infestation taken care of so now I don’t have to go all the way to Garland.

I went in the store shortly after the "big freeze". It was nice to see the store well stocked and the employees helpful and friendly.

Your Wylie store is my favorite. It’s convenient to my office, so I try to buy all my home needs during the work day.

Store was very clean. The employees were extremely nice and considerate. I look forward to coming back to that store because of Jamie Jones, Maria and Amaya. You all have great personalities.

Great place great people

I have always been impressed with the staff at this store. They are genuinely friendly and seem happy to be working there. Two employees stood out today. There was a manager or supervisor called Sydney who was very professional and stepped up to help when the line was getting a little long and another was David (DJ) who stopped by and had a chat about some of the items that I purchased. Love this store!

If you need to purchase any appliances, especially for Black Friday, I would highly recommend visiting this store and ask for Glenn. He's so knowledgeable of the products and easy to deal with.

Great Store Friendly Cashier

The sales cashier, Vashundra, was amazing, helpful, and patient with us.

This has been my go to store since I moved in this area a few years back. The choices for tools, hardware and lumber are better than at other places and sometimes they have great deals

They cost my project more time and money.

The day time older paint employee is the best for having knowledge about paints and he does an excellent job mixing the color you need. He is excellent at matching colors! Brian is another employee that remember who I was even though I forgot he assisted me before. He is always friendly . It’s nice to have the employees recognize you and they already know what you need. These two employees have the best customer service which is rare to see. The store restroom is always clean and the store is organized which makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

I only wish the website was a bit easier to navigate. What a good experience I had this weekend. Is HD under new management?!?!? I was greeted by Sydnie in customer service. I had items that needed to be exchanged. She was nice, took care of my transaction with out any hassles. There was a huge line when I came in. Other employees walking around just looking at the line, but I will assume they were busy working on something else, while we were blocking the entrance! Sydnie made the wait worth it! Just because she was super nice. Someone stopped me on the way to lumber, and I thought "he wants to sell me the A/C here".. but no, he was asking if I needed assistance.. I was amazed... so nice. I told him I was headed to lumber and thanked him. I received help by a young man in lumber. I checked out, and no one offered to help, I said I will figure it out. Well, another young man walking out, (who I thought might be going on break) followed me and asked me if I needed help. Sometime its better to say "Let me help you with that!" than to ask, but me being a girl, accepted the help!!!

Cydnie at service and returns is always very friendly and helpful and going in to pick up online orders.

This store is clean and all the associates are extremely friendly, helpful and have great job knowledge. I would highly recommend this store.
