EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED

A resourceful store for home needs, particularly when repairing or remodeling. Unfortunately, I was overcharged by over $1000 when I purchased my refrigerator. Over several months, during each telephone interaction, the excuses kept changing as to why the approved offer sent by HD was not applied. In one of the conversations, the agent even denied that such an offer had ever existed. I have saved all the conversations. Quite regretful that such a big company does not have a conflict resolution department.

Worked with 2 different associates Tonya and someone in paints. I found everything i wanted and was surprise to get that kind of attention and service near closing time when everyone wants to go home

I was at the Yonkers store #1248. I did a customer pick up. After waiting 20 minutes of nothing happening I went back to the pick up desk where the woman working was completely unhelpful. At this point employee TIANNA stepped in and went above and beyond to help me. She even walked to the pick up area and retrieved my items, put them on a cart and brought them to me. The people who were supposed to be working in that department were no where to be found. TIANNA is an excellent employee and was pleasant through the whole experience and even apologized for me having to wait so long even though it wasn’t her fault. Management should recognize how fortunate they are to have an employee like TIANNA. She is an excellent employee.

unwilling to help, messy, cashiers full of attitude.

I purchase all the items and took my time even though it was almost 10pm but still the staff were willingly ready to wait until I was done and the lady who was i guess supervisor named marriam was so helpful which made my visit even more satisfying

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Home Depot this afternoon while looking to pick up some basic needs for my home improvements. The staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items I need it. Norma when I checked out was the service person who also was truly amazing. The store deserves recognition for their well-versed staff.

The location is good.

The Home Depot in Yonkers is spectacular. Clean, easy to get to and park at and the staff goes out of their way to assist with all your needs!

The store itself is a very chaotic mess. Everyone appears unknowledgeable and you have to chase down staff for assistance.

Unkempt store, unhelpful staff - visit any other HD but stay away from this one in Yonkers, NY!!

Mostly time when I visited Home Depot I had bad experience but this time the sales associate’Taelor Hope’ made my day happy. She was very friendly and professional. I hope every associate would be like her,

The employees in the Yonkers Home Depot are worse. I went to shop there and the employee named Georgia cursed me when I reminded her she made two mistake but when I told her to separated Tyne items separated after scanning the items . She didn’t listen to me and at the end of the check out she cursed me.

I ordered blinds.took about an hour to do so ,waiting for help and in the end the measurements are off. Try calling this store to get someone to help you as I have tried.no one answered in the department.I’ve called other Home Depot stores with very little problems This store is in need of help.

Everything I've bought at Home Depot has been quality at a fair price. (They seem to have a good return policy, but I've not had to use it.) *But even moreso, the staff is so polite, knowlegeable, and helpful. It makes it a delight to shop there. I'm very appreciative!

Ty at the return register is not only knowledgeable but very courteous as well. She's a employee you would want to retain and luck if you get her next time your in the Yonkers Store on Sprain Rd.

As a contractor, I’ve been shopping some 50, and more years, Noteably, my more recent experiences, at Home Depot, have made me more aware of a “Raising of the bar”, in favor of how best can I serve you. Yes, not, a worn cliche, these days, at the 2 branches I often frequent. How so.. Try one the next time you get the “ green thumb” urge, or need a widget !

04/30/23 0915 Mike, in hardware helped me and my husband find cable cuffs. They were not listed in the app but once finding out the sku number, Mike was able to find the item in the overstock, quickly got a ladder and handed the item to us. We were very grateful for his assistance.
