They say they offer curbside pick-up but they don't

I am leaving for stars because this Home Depot is always been the place I go to get all my remodeling stuff and I've always had a good experience except for today where the cashiers confronted me argued with me did not say thank you did not greet me I had to ask a cashier three times are you open it and I was ignored and while I was ignored he continued his conversation with his friend at his station both of them were cashiers and both of them are just having conversations mean while they were at least 15 people online so I would leave a five-star unfortunately my experience with these two cashiers was not pleasant and one cashier his name was Diego and the other cashiers name was a s Hamilton Inn and was Miss Brenda who had no control over them that was their supervisor

Home Depot has a large quantity of quality merchandise at reasonable pricing. The store is very well organized, clean and neat. I was able to easily find everything I was looking for. There were also numerous employees available to assist you with your needs. The employees were very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. CDC Guidelines were being followed by employees as well as customers. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at Home Depot.

I ordered 2 heaters on line the night before. I went to the Yonker's store around 10:30 am this morning, the line for returns was long. However the on line cashier had only one customer in front of me. It was a breeze to get my heaters, I even asked for a fuel gas tank and one of the associates got it for me while I went to get my vehicle. I left happy and stress free from Home Depot. Next time I need something, I will order on line and pick up the next day!!! Love it!

If you have a plumbing job, go to the Yonkers Home Depot and seek out Ted if you need any guidance. He has helped me on more than one occasion identifying the parts to make the plumbing job as easy as possible and explained how to do it.

I feel like I was bothering the employees for help people were very rude in there best off just going to Lowe’s right up the street at least a customer care is 10 times better than Home Depot I’ll pay a little bit more at Lowe’s at least I’m treated correctly

I love going to Home Depot. They have everything I need, in stock. They're helpful and go the extra mile to make sure I'm well taken care of.

The store is generally well stocked and the aisles are wide. However, there are some products that are not on display and can only be ordered through the web even when they are in stock at the store. At least for some items, this store is a bit pricier than other Home Depot stores. On particular items I bought, I had some problems with PVC pipes. First, these pipes and couplets do not last outdoors in a Zone 7 region, they crack after winter. Fortunately, it is easy to replace sections. Second, the outer diameters of the 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch 10 feet pipes can vary by as much as 2mm. So it is advisable to check them with the connectors to make sure they fit tight, neither oversized nor undersized.

I would like to praise the cashier Wilda with her excellent customer services. She greeted me and my daughter very nice and respectful. The store was clean. Other associates was very respectful as well.

Customer service people at the counter are rude they don’t care if the customer had to wait so long They don’t find a way to help out the ciustomer Everyone seem to be very busy I’m very much disappointed

Store was easily accessible and every employee was helpful and knew where everything was.

ALBERT at the pro desk is one of the greatest HOME DEPOT employees. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond for me every time I go to place an order. He is definitely a valuable employee to the store and the entire company. I will give this store 5 stars just because of ALBERT.

Well, I’ve lived in Atlanta Ga and the service in ATL should be a model for ever HD store.. costumers service should always be top priority... I love HD and will always shop there.. Keep the stores in The Bronx and Yonkers a bit more tidy.. Thanks

Curbside service is great. Items are in stock and pick up is fast and convenient.

I called Home Depot, Yonkers, several times to ask if the inventory which I was looking for, was on stock. Each call, they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes and even worse, at the end, they hung up the calls. I had no choice; but kept trying to call because I did not want to waste my trip. However, after several attempts, I was frustrated with being placed on hold and repeatedly hung up and I drove the store. They had only partial inventories that I was looking for. On top of that, at the Home Depot parking lot, another car hit my car. It was not a very good visit at all. I spoke with Paula (manager) and I showed my phone: 7 or 8 calls that I attempted to call Home Depot. She was very apologetic about the calls and empathetic to my car accident at Home Depot Parking lot. She was so nice that I could not be upset any more. Thank you!

Store always have what I need. Cashiers are nice

Errol in Plumbing Dept - so kind, personable, professional, knowledgeable with the product. I wasted 30 minutes just for looking someone to help me, until Errol stepped in. He even talked with my contractor over the phone to make sure that he gathered the right products for me. He is the best representative of Home Depot at this location. He deserves the recognition and bonus! Thank you Errol (in Plumbing Dept). If it was not you, I would have cried at the store!

The store and its employees were excellent. They helped me design new cellular shades for my home. They were friendly and conscientious. The store was clean and well organized.

Just got helped by an amazing, intelligent, young employee Antonio Landron in the Power Tools Section. This store had in a bunch of lazy employees in the past, but now there are a whole lot of young, diverse, and hard working and customer friendly workers. But this store still has lazy employees and workers with bad customer friendly skills, and I'd be willing to point them out to management have them fired.

I visited the store for our home improvement project. It was fairly easy to find items I was looking for. Store associates were available and helpful. Self checkout was easy to use. The day I visited, they had a power outrage, so the store was really dim and dark.

Very disappointed with the level of "service" at this location. Every store attendant I went to with a question seemed reluctant to provide additional assistance in helping me find the items I was looking for. It also took 15 minutes before the associate manning the saw arrived to his station, with no other attendants having checked in with me to make sure I was being assisted.
