Helpful employees and well stocked. Easy parking a bonus

I have noticed that the employees are more friendly and knowledgeable this shopping trip. Wish the store would have been more stocked in the items I needed.

The employees make you feel as if you're a part of their HD family. Ted is helpful even after closing time. Nobody makes you feel bad when you don't get out on time and the selection is excellent at this location.

Friendly staff in store, but don't try to get in contact via phone. I tried every department extension and the pro desk for an entire afternoon without a single answer.

I only shop here at this Home Depot, I've coming here for many years and they offer great deals and sales on all my jobs needs.

I think they need a little work in their nursery- plants can sometimes be dry and looking a bit raggety, but on the home improvement side, they're just fantastic!

Hope you renovate the store to put in the new cashier stations and return stations. The other stores I’ve shopped at made it more open, welcoming. Parking situation horrible and when we leave we cannot make a left turn. Which is difficult and unnecessary traffic detour. Rather have a light so I can make a left turn.. Need to trim hedges on left of pull out from parking lot. CANNOT SEE ONCOMING CARS TO MAKE MY RIGHT. also COMMEND OUSHANE THE CASHIER great employee have dealt with him in the past. He had a big return with several items handled it well.

I’ve been going to this Home Depot since it opened & I would not go anywhere else!! I truly love this store & The Home Depot franchise. I always check my e-mail from The Home Depot everyday to see what one day sales they have. Also I truly appreciate when they mail me a 10% coupon every couple months. I’ve purchased all my Milwaukee Tools from there. You cannot beat the prices on items from The Home Depot!!

You will have some difficulties finding what you are looking for is very hard getting Assistan on this store. They should have the staff working on their departments be on the area at all time. This will make it easier on customers. If you are looking for an item the website is not accurate and is off by a lot. This happen in other Home Depot store as well.

Have had multiple issues with 4 different purchases and I'm not sure if it's their system messing things up, or just the staff being careless with transactions. Even if it is the computer's fault, the staff is not afraid to let you know they don't want to be there.

on 7/5/2019 I placed an online order for a Weber spirit II e-310 grill. I was informed on the website that it would be ready in 2 hours for store pick up. I received an email at 11:09 pm after the store had closed my grill was ready for pick up. Additionally, on 7/6/2019 I received a text message at 8:08 am that my grill was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store approximately 12:45 pm, purchased 3 propane tanks and proceeded to customer service to pick up my assembled grill. After waiting online for roughly 45 minutes, the associate was unable to locate my assembled grill in any of the holding areas where assembled items are held. The associate went into the customer service office and returned to us stating he found our grill, it is unassembled in the office. Much to my dismay and disbelief, I asked when it is assemble could it be delivered because Home Depot advertises 2 hour assembly. The response I received was unacceptable, “Well, the people who assemble the grills only work on Tuesdays, so we can install it on Tuesday but you would have to pay for delivery”. I explained the the associate there is signage by the grills “free installation and free delivery with orders over $300”, he informed me I was incorrect and did not bother to check nor offered to check on the promotion. I asked to have the order canceled, he assisted in canceled the order. Not once did he apologize, or express any type of empathy for his stores shortcomings. I will not shop at this store again nor will I recommend this store to anybody.

Service at this location is poor. Employees that work there do not want to help and the very few that you can grab as they walk quickly away all seem to have an attitude.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I went in to buy a 36" vanity for my bathroom. On the shelf was an opened box. On the shelf above out of my reach is another box probably sealed. I could not reach it. Asked guy on floor for help. Of course not his dept but he pages someone TWICE. Can't find help, customer service desk is of no use. No one comes. I opt for a closed box 30" vanity. At checkout I see the mgr. I explain my situation. He tells me to stay at register and he will "try" to get me help. I wait 10 mins, nothing. I go back to vanity section. See two employees. They tell me to take the open box item. I don't want an opened box. They tell me the vanity on higher shelf is heavy. They said that I didn't have a cart. I told them to get the item and I'll get cart. They walked away, no explanation and I'm again waiting. I ended up buying the 30". I rather shop Lowes but they don"t have much of a selection in vanities.

Currently at your Yonkers Ny store their are two superb employees , Jose( customer service)and Walter(flooring), they took great care of my needs with poise and professionalism. They were so outstanding that I offered them a tip(gratuity) but they kindly declined.

My last experience in your store was really useful. I wish that I had the name of your worker, because of his help I will be back to your store rathe than going to another , even though the other store is closer to my house. If you need his name, please let know and I will find it out.

The washer dryer sales associate ordered us the wrong washing machine. We made very clear the ONE feature that we wanted and he ordered the version that DIDN'T have it. Nearly impossible for us to know the difference as the is only 1 number different on the model number. Found out after we had the machine installed and couldn't do what we needed it to do. Now we are stuck with this machine. Very angry and disappointed.
