I can buy any tools and construction materials from anywhere. But, someone like me, who is lack of knowledge about the tools and size, I really need to see the actual one. I visited Home Depot Yonkers recently to buy a new bathroom vanity. The store was busy and I asked one gentleman (Ricardo Souden) in the hallway to help me. He said that he would come to me and I was skeptical because he was busy and other could grab him or he could forget. But, he really came to me and paid full attention to me. When I learned that the vanity I pick was not in the stock, he took me to Registration Desk. He personally arranged from the purchase via online to Delivery. If it was not him, I would have been very stressful and wasted time. He then personally introduced Mr. V who is an expert on Faucet Dept. I learned that it is not just Pretty Faucet, but its function. My vanity since was small, it was important that waterspout angle must be pointing down straight, instead of forwarding. He also strongly suggested that I try both and he was proudly promoting "HomeDepot, we offer the opportunity." However, I decided to listen to his personal recommendation on the faucet and I am very happy with. Again, these gentlemen were attentive and knowledgeable, never lost their patience and helped me! Thank you again and hope your store recognizes you, "Ricardo Souden" and "Mr. V"

Every time I come to this location I the employees to be very helpful if I have a question or can’t find an item.

Sasha in customer service couldn't be worse. Rude, wouldn't listen to reason or proof, generally awful. Store had an incorrect price, showed proof, employee was changing it and this awful customer service person made them stop.

Horrible experience every single day I go there

The employee that helped us pick out a stove answered every question about a few stoves and really helped us make our decision. Would recommend Home Depot for appliances. We purchased a fridge from here 3 years ago and had a good experience also

I encountered two wonderful employees, Allison and Mike, who were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made my shopping experience very pleasant. I actually bought more than what was my first intention.

Asked customer service for price adjustment due to price drop on item purchased a few days after my purchase. Instead, Had me jumping through hoops and refused to do so. I eventually had to call customer service at corporate. They had no issues giving me the adjustment. Time is money and this

I love never finding what I need because everything is in the wrong bay. I love hearing “ uhhh I don’t know” from the knowledgeable and helpful team members on sales floor.

Very statify with the overall service

Tony the employee in the paint department is knowledgeable about his department. He's very friendly has a positive attitude and great customer services skills. He answered all my questions and concerns. I had shop earlier at the home depot in the Bronx terminal, 2 minutes away from my home. Would not be going there ever again. had a very bad experience with an employee there in the paint department name Orlando. I drove to a farther location for better service. Exceptional service. Thank you Tony!

Daryl, who cuts wood for costumers, is very knowledgeable. He helped me save my project when he made a recommendation on how to cut the plywood i needed. If not for him, my project would have failed

I always love the wonderful cashiers in Home DEpot. I want the interaction, I want to speak to ask questions and I HATE THE ROBOT CASHIERS unless I have 1 item with no questions

Everything went well on my shopping adventure. The customer service was excellent. I was able to find everything I needed today.

The store and parking lot were really a mess.

Aria and Imberto or Alberto were so helpful. Really go above and beyond the meaning of customer service.

Give zero knowledge about electricity, bulbs and sockets I needed help in recognizing a socket and finding appropriate bulb for it and despite announcing over intercom no one came for 15 min plus upon asking 5 individual who worked there passed by and no one was willing to escalate for immediate attention. Everyone gave different excuses because they didn’t want to be helpful. I’ve worked in customer service for about 12 years and this type of behavior turns customers away due to terrible exp.

I found exactly what I wanted at the Yonkers Home Depot. The selection of floor tile is vast. Plus the store sales representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Always understaff and you can not find somebody to help you. If do find one, they are in a rush.

WOULD RATE THIS STORE 5 STARS IF YOU HAD MORE ASSOCIATES TRAINED TO CUT KEYS AND LUMBER BECAUSE THERE IS NEVER NO ONE AROUND AND WHEN AN ASSOCIATES MAKES A PAGE I STILL WAIT OVER 30 MINUTES FOR ASSISTANCE. OTHER THAN THAT STORE IS GREAT. ASSOCIATES THAT SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED ARE AL AND LARRY FROM PRO. AL ALWAYS HELPS ME WITH MY ORDERS AND QUOTES AND IF I DON’T SEE AL MY NEXT GO TO IS LARRY

I like to visit the Yonkers location because of the availability of the items. Some of the products i was unable to buy in the Bronx location but found in Yonkers location. Some of the the employees are very friendly specially Store Cashier Adrienne is one of the best employees. There is another employee in the plumbing section ( but unable to recall his name).

This is such a nice store. The employees are so helpful and you can find everything you need on your list. The staff is super helpful and able to give advice when it comes to items that I need where I need to know which item would be the best to fit my needs. From the cashiers, to the workers within the store, to the people that meet you at the door, to the employees that gather the carts, everyone is friendly and show a sense of pride in being a part of the Yonkers Home Depot family/team. They even make me feel like family!

I find what I need 90% of the time and the location is perfect for me.

Lack oif attention to the customer and lack of desire of some staff to help find or define product. Gp to HOME DEPOT in Plainview, NY for lessons on customer care.
