    Very nice item
Works well, easy to hook-up, faily quiet Only draw back is u still need to be near a window to vent it and the vent hose is bulky and unattractive. Overall a very good product.

    strong output unit
Cools just fine. The setup was a complete breeze. Got this up and running in barely 10 mins It's very small in stature but is definitely does it's a great job. No water to deal with, and has been problem free for the past month. more than pleased with it.

Great Unit VERY happy with proformance
Bought this 2 months ago,so glad we did. We use it on our 2nd floor were central air just needs help. This is the second unit of this type that we have owned. This one is far superior to the old one.Love the fact that there is no drip container to empty. Cools our 14x16 bedroom down so we use blankets to sleep. Have recommended to friends and family.

    awesome
I work in a 195 sq. ft. room. My business is a beauty shop with hair dryers I have a tiny air conditioner vent. I was HOT!!! I have a exhaust fan and no window. I put the 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner vent next to the exhaust fan and it work great. My room is COOL and I Love it!

    efficient and easy to use
I have been pleased with my air conditioner. The remote control works well and makes changing settings easy. The temperature settings work to keep the room at a consistent temperature. The best portable I have ever owned.

We like it so far doing a fine job.
The Portable AC unit is doing a good job it has cooled the family room and kitchen to a comfortable temp. We ordered on line and the response was good del. was fairly prompt actually it was good it was just so darn hot it seemed like an eternity before it was del.

    Works great!
Works great. Easy to set up & use. Nice that you can turn off the de-humidifier feature. Definitely don't need to be taking any more water out of the air in our dry climate! :)

    Exceeded expectations in all ways
Arrived quickly, easy to unbox, clear instructions, easy install, works just fine. A bit more noise than one would like but actually a little more quiet than I anticipated. For what it is, perfect.

    Successful installation, Honeywell MN10CESWW a/c
This unit was easy to unpack (though somewhat hefty) and to connect to the window space. The remote control is straightforward as long as you realize that when you push a button and the temperature starts blinking, it indicates the temperature you're setting. You can then change it by pressing the arrow up or down buttons. Then it stops flashing and displays in solid numbers the actual temperature. This a/c is cooling a room about 13 x 15' with a high ceiling, with warm air exiting a skylight ... read more with a ceiling fan. Some cool air "sinks" out of the room, down a short corridor into other rooms, and a small oscillating fan does a good job helping cool one secondary room using some of the cooled air. Given what we've read, it's a good idea to turn off this unit after a number of hours so that it doesn't become overtaxed.

    Outstanding Value for the price.
We could not be happier with this air conditioner. We bought it to cool an area considerably larger then this unit is supposed to handle with the expectation we could be buying another unit. I can happily say that we will not be needing another unit, this one keeps the entire area sufficiently cool. In a smaller room it keeps the area very cold. It is a bit noisy but nothing we didn't expect before the purchase.

    Good 14,000 BTU for money
I did my research in looking for a reasonably priced 14,000 but 115v air conditioner. I selected this one based on positive reviews, cost and performance. I have the this AC unit for a few weeks and it does make a room 700 sq. feet comfortable. If you have a small area it will make even cooler. I am please so far.

    Awesome product. Buy without hesitation.
I was nervous buying a portable air conditioner after reading lots of reviews. I have high vaulted ceilings in my apartment so I was worried that it would not cool well, especially in this California heat wave. My fears were totally unfounded. This air conditioner cools the entire living room and kitchen in no time, even with 90+ degree weather outside. It is not loud at all. The only thing that could be better is the design of how the horses connect to the window attachment and to the unit. ... read more They aren't too easy too attach and detach. I would have also liked lighted keys on the remote. But overall, this unit was a lifesaver. I love sleeping in my nice cold room. I highly recommend this product.

    Really enjoying this so far...
Overall, this unit does the job. It keeps my studio apartment cool and is fairly quiet for what it is. I also enjoy the fact that it doesn't shut off after a couple of hours like others do when their water tank is full...the evaporative technology eliminates the need for constant babysitting as well as the wake up call in the middle of the night if it were to turn off due to a full tank. Only drawback was that the exhaust hose was too short. Needed to order a second hose along with a connector ... read more (which I had to modify) in order to make it work. All in all, worth the investment.

    Good Unit for the Price
My wife and I use this unit in a single, high-ceilinged room that is about 250 sqft. It works just fine to cool down the room, and relatively quickly at that. The only problem I have with it is that the exhaust hose connection to the window is unstable if bumped only a little bit. The hose basically clips into a hole in the flat panel that sits between the open window and the sill. It tends to fall out relatively easily if it's jarred even a little. But I'd still recommend this unit to anyone ... read more looking for a mobile, freestanding A/C unit.

    Thumbs up
Only negative was there was a crack on one of the plastic sleeves. HD support couldn't send a replacement part and said I had to return the entire product back. After which I had already lugged it up a flight a stairs. Lucky enough the hose still fit and stayed in place so I declined to return it. Overall the product works. I've used it couple times lately when it was hot at night to sleep better. Bit loud but what AC isn't, can't complain when I can easily set it to auto shut off after 'x' ... read more amount of hours. Very convenient. Blue light can be annoying to some people, I just stuck a post-it note over it after setting the timer before going to sleep.

    Very happy with this purchase
5.0 We purchased this Air-Conditioner for our son's dorm room. It had been unbearably hot and the fan in the window just wasn't cutting it. The NewAir is working great. It is small and sleek compared to one we had purchased 25 years ago and it isn't nearly as noisy like our old one was. My son and his roommate are very happy and when I asked how it was working he said: " Mom...The Room Is Chill" 'Nuff Said!

Great Portable AC Unit - Perfect for Rooms Where You Can't get a Window Box!
My loft can't support window box AC units and there is no central air, so having this unit really helps us keep cool. I also like the fact that the control panel on top is really easy to use and I don't have to stoop down to read the buttons.

    Cool Air
Not loud, cools the room nicely. The exhaust kit was easy to set up and fit my vertical window, usually only see horizontal window kits but this one was long enough. I recommend this AC to anyone who can't install a window unit. Remember to check for water build up and drain when needed.

    Seems to work well
This AC Unit seems to work well. I honestly thought that it would cool the room faster but I don't have any similar products to compare it to so I think that it does what it is supposed to. Currently have it installed in an approx. 300sqft room and it will bring the temp down from say 85 to 80 within about an hour. After the initial 5 degree drop, the cooling slows down if the rest of the house is still at 85 but if you close off the room, it will drop the temp another 5 degrees within about 2 ... read more more hours. Seems to work fine and it was cheaper than other models with similar BTU's.

Cool Air for a Cool Price
The portable A/C unit arrived at my home just in time for the triple digits. Easy to assemble and compact size fits in my bedroom. I use it everyday and it works great. Nothing negative to say about this product.

    Great A/C
I was a little skeptical about buying a portable A/C because I had heard that they don't cool as well as a window unit, but I am very happy with this purchase. I was able to install it myself and it is so much quieter than my other A/C and it cools my bedroom quickly. I haven't received my first electric bill since installing it, but I'm sure it will be much more efficient than my old window unit. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent - would recommend to a friend.
We've had this unit for a few weeks now and it does a good job. I'm using it to cool the lower level of a bilevel house and it's keeping it cool. The space is not ideal for the unit, it's located in the family room and then there is a hallway separating that from the bedroom and we have a fan directing the air through the hallway. I have to say, though, this unit does a good job - it's been in the 90s for a few days and it keeps it at 73 for us. I have had an LG unit before that didn't cool at ... read more all and it was returned. The dual hose unit is the way to go for portable air conditioning.

    Easy install, cools well
Installation was straight forward. My window is narrow, but the vent hoses fit. The unit cools well and is about as noisy as I expected. i wouldn't say it is loud, but it is definitely noticeable.

Does what it's supposed to do!
I live near Atlanta with it's hot and humid summers. I do a fair amount of woodworking in my insulated double garage and last summer I couldn't work past 1 o'clock because it was too hot. I've had this A/C for 6 weeks now and LOVE IT. I don't have windows in the garage so I had to cut 2 holes thru the wall for the vents. This was not a problem and it worked out well. I have yet to empty the water pan with the condensate. Because of all the saw dust I produce, I use some cheap A/C filters to ... read more cover the interior air intake.
