Avoid making purchases that need an associate in the garden Dept or you’ll have an hour long trip for 1 item. Incredibly frustrating.

I bought some flooring and basically needed a whole pallet. A home depot associate saw me loading boxes onto the flat cart and offered to instead have the pallet forklifted into my truck for me. They made quick work of it and saved me so much time. Thank you!

Evan went above and beyond tonight. He brought me a Xmas tree stand from the closed tree sales area into the main store so I could buy a new one. Our old one had stripped threads in the stand so we couldn't secure the tree in the stand. It was a Xmas tree emergency and Evan was our first responder. Thank you, Evan! I'm grateful for your kindness!

The entire staff working at this Alhambra location are very friendly and helpful. Products are fully stocked and the entire store is well maintained.

Hard to find associates who are willing to help. Those available are not properly trained. Home Depot need to hire more associates, and existing associates need customer service training.

i do all my shaping at this home depot for home and for work.

I always meet friendly cashiers at this store every time I go, so it's not a fluke I guess!

Raul's customer service is outstanding, he helped load my car with heavy equipment and is always willing to help! Would love to see his customer service inside the store in another department.

I went into this store twice. Once to buy an item and the second to exchange the item I originally purchased. The second time I felt very frustrated because I had the wrong item. Jeannette from Customer Service was very kind, patient, and understanding. She was able to defuse the situation immediately and I felt so much better after that.

I would give zero stars but that’s the only way I can continue with this review. Employees at the store are very inconsiderate and act like they don’t even want to be their worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Home Depot. Go to this Home Depot only if you want to be feel like you’re treated like trash

I bought a bunch of tools for my plumbing truck and Sindy ans Steven worked with me the whole time at the pro desk.

Horrible cashier Camilla in garden just wants to talk about how many years she has been there and refuses to help avoid her!!!!

I walked into store, and was great by this friendly associate in service. Lizsette answered all my questions, and wow she is really knowledgeable. Usually when you go into algo me Depot, some associates don’t care to help at all, but she took Care of me. First time coming since I love my East LA, but I do not mind coming here for the good customer service. Any questions, go see her a service desk.

Joanne and the check out staff are always friendly and giving off great vibes! Keep it up!
