Eshia assisted me in the paint department. I needed some white ceiling paint. She went and got it for me. She was very helpful, kind and has a great personality. I noticed the same service as she assisted another customer as well. She really took her time with the customer to ensure the customer was getting what he needed.

The assistance in the paint department will always go out of their way to help you find what your looking for with a happy smile,and sometimes that smile can make a project go smoothly.

This is the best store in the High Desert to shop at. Always clean, friendly and willing to assist.

My wife and I were looking a XMAS trees. Amalia in the garden dept. took time to help us. She told us the difference between the trees and lights. She knew what we needed to know. Thank you for having a great employee. Russ and Joyce

Went there today, had to get a bunch of items. The cashier Megan was very helpful in checking me out through the register. Good job.

Every time I go in all the employees are very helpful and nice. They don't treat me as if I don't know much because I'm a female as other places do. I appreciate that more than anything. The only thing that could be better is for them to 100% enforce covid-19 safety requirements.

Would not offer a rain check for item they could not find in store

None of their employees are wearing masks or gloves. Wash your own cart with a bottle of spray & a dirty rag on top of a table. No wipees provided. The store is filthy. I bought an item that was completely covered in dust. Obviously they are not cleaning the place. If you are a senior or at risk, I would suggest you stay away.

Are usually go to the garden first I don’t know who’s in charge at this particular store a lot of plants are in distress because they haven’t been watered for days and they’re dying I don’t know if these people care or why spent a lot of money on plants you shouldn’t let them die specially these people that you hire Thank you very much

Training needed on having clerks be pleasant even when dealing with customer that seems very confused and not at all knowledgeable of the repair tasks he wants to complete.

STORE WAS CLEAN, WELL STOCKED AND MARQUALA (KAYLA) WAS FULL OF SMILES, GREAT ATTITUDE AND HELPFUL! WE PURCHASED UNDER COUNTER RACKS, A SINK FAUCET, AND SHOWER HEAD.

Dalian was a great cashier. Checkout was fast efficient and friendly. Santos helped me locate things from my construction list. Moved a large ladder making it easier to get my supplies down the aisle so I wouldn't have to back out. All this without me having to hunt someone down. Great service.

It is very difficult to find an associate. So many of them dont seems to know too much about the products that are sold there. Maybe about a handful of associates are helpful, but I have had serious doubt about the others!!

ANDREW FROM PAINT IS THE BEST! He's a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest employee who cares about what customers need instead of trying to push more expensive products on them. Traits like that are very hard to come by, especially in the sales industry. I walked into THD feeling a little overwhelmed and stressed about my project and how long it was going to take, but after talking to Andrew and taking his advice I was able to confidently finish it in a day. 10/10 experience! :)
