You have a gem in Cashier Ms. Jeanette. She found the one item I had been told by one of your other members was unavailable and I was so happy to get the clothespins I needed.

the store was full of customers but It felt safe since people were wearing their masks, the store had what I wanted and purchased more things that I needed, will come back to this store in the future.

I am a regular at this location and I am always satisfied with the customer service provided.

The store was very clean, product was easy to locate, the salesman was very helpful.

Products i looked for are always available. And in good quality.

This store is by far the worst store to shop at.Everyone that works here is so unprofessional down from the store manger to assist managers. I’ve had several issues in this store, from delivers to online order. Veronica at the service is so rude she should learn how to listen and let people finish there sentences before she cut them off. And your manager Ernest and Javier our two incompetent People that should not be manager, they can give a rat as$ if you have issues associates and how they treat you. Well never shop here again

Insufficient stock, general lack of customer service

Your associate Danny was very helpful. He continued to help me search for stakes for a Christmas tree. Although the store did not have them in stock, he continued to stick with me as a customer. The best customer service that I have had in a while at this location.

Employee Annibel is super helpful and extremely nice. She went above and beyond. Ll the other employees greeted me and offered help throughout the store.

This store is very well organized and i always get the help i need when i'm there. This one cashier named Alexis is so sweet and everytime i come she's there and always ready to assist me.

Customer service is horrible! Assistant Store manager Javier has no customer service skills. Doesn’t allow the customer to speak. His demeanor how he approaches the customer is very unprofessional. He stated “I don’t care if you have a sh**** experience, here is my name Javier”. It will be helpful is employees could wear a name tag to give some recognition of who did help.

Great responsive and experienced service

Very poor customer service. MOD refused to give me the military discount because the appliances I wanted to purchase ($3,440) were already on sale. When I called the 800 number they said it was at the managers discretion and refused to escalate my call. When I called the store back Hector (said he was a manager) again refused to give me the military discount or put me in contact with the district manager. It took me three phone calls to cancel my order. Each time I called the person did not identify themselves by name. I called another store and they said they would give me the military discount. I may have to drive farther but I get treated with respect.

the store is good to navigate, I like the application that lets you know where stuff is, unfortunately the return service takes longer than other stores. once more people arrive, someone should jump in and help the guy that is there by himself

Purchase at Home Depot was OK

I couldn't find some or the articles I was looking for but I would recommend this store.

In this store you can't find what you need and on top of that employees that are working here have no respect for the customer.

Everyone friendly eager to help you cart was available for senior with hip replacement. I had a wonderful experience here.

Slow to help staff, very dirty and unorganized store. If I can help it, I won't be coming back here.

Recently purchased rubber mulch and plants for my yard and garden, great experience, this location at armitage and cicero carries the brands and products that I prefer. The associates always can direct me to areas when I cannot locate an item. Very customer friendly store, my Favorite Home Depot!!

Kris and Rosa were unprofessional. When I was explaining why I wanted to speak with a manager Rosa kept interrupting me by saying that the install manager was not there and therefore no manager could see me. I kept trying to speak and tell her I just wanted a manager to be aware of my issue. Rosa did not listen and Kris was laughing at me. Very disrespectful and they both should not be working in customer service.
