Did you find the products you were looking for easily? "NO" HAD TO SEARCH ON MY OWN AND ALMOST EVERY THING I NEEDED WAS OUT OF STOCK OR ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ( OBVIOUSLY I AM IN THE STORE NOT WALKING AROUND THE WWW) Were you able to get assistance if you needed it? "NO" I HAD TO ISLE HUNT THIS VISIT AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT AN EMPLOYEES ATTENTION THE PERSON WAS NOT ABLE TO GUIDE ME CORRECTLY TO THE ITEMS I WAS LOOKING FOR. AFTER FINDING THE RIGHT ISLE/BIN LOCATION THE PRODUCTS WERE ALL OUT OF STOCK OR NOT AVAILABLE. (QUOTE "YOU NEED TO GO TO THE INTERNET TO ORDER THE STUFF YOU WANT") UNQUOTE SO PUT OFF WHAT YOU ARE DOING FOR NOW AND WAIT FOR STORE TO GET STOCK FOR PICK UP (WELL MY PROJECT IS NOW THAT'S WHY I'M IN THE STORE NOW) THE REASON I CHANGED MY SHOPPING PREFERENCE YEARS AGO WAS DUE TO THE BETTER QUALITY OF ASSISTANCE AND THE AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS. IT LOOKS AS THOUGH I WAS JUST LUCKY WITH WHAT I NEEDED IN THE PAST WITH WHAT I WAS WORKING ON I HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HOME DEPOT AND I WAS EXTREMELY SURPRISED AT THIS VISIT "WHAT A DIFFERENCE, I REALLY DON'T GET IT"

Being from out of town I had several questions regarding the trees I purchased and if they could make the 10 hour ride home. Everyone was nice and willing to help. Very much appreciated their helpful attitudes. Thank you team members!

I had a problem with the Home Depot credit card customer service, they were rude they weren't helpful with my situation so I called the store. Abby and Claudia helped me out and I got the help I needed. Thanks for the great customer service!

great customer service at the Armitage locations

Home Depot in general has its advantage and disadvantage. We went to this store and the employees are slow, untrained, and dismissive. We tried to have a quick in and out visit, but getting help too signifanctly longer than needed and even checking out too painfully long. If you're really wanting a Home Depot, I'd got the extra few miles and shop at another one.

I was on a time constraint and was dreading the fact that this trip to Home Depot may take longer than usual. Fortunately, that was not he case and as soon as I got out the car to walk toward the products I needed (red mulch) there was a service employee there to great me and assist me with what I needed. This experience took me five minutes tops!!!! I couldn't be more happy.

I rarely fill out reviews and I really have to express how great this location is. I go out of my way to come to this location.

Workers are friendly, kind and courteous.

This store has been awesome in many ways since Dave was manager and has kept it up since he left. Most importantly is the way they are there to actually HELP you ..not avoid you. I use this store a lot and could use Menards much easier but service keeps me coming to HD. My use is off lately since no new buildings but still willing to go farther to HD vs Menards. Generally not low on items. Just a better atmosphere than Menards. Pipe cutting..threading...Lumber Cutting. Real key cutting..these things add up and keep me coming and actually gritting my teeth if I have to deal with Menards on certain things due to immediacy of need.

Overall the Associates are very nices and they always have what I'm looking for

Tried to save time by ordering drywall in advance. Got a text at 6am telling me the order was ready. Went to the store at after 6pm to pick it up and the product was never pulled. They decided to wait until I arrived to hunt around to find someone to pull the sheets of drywall. Wasted over an hour standing around waiting just to get 13 sheets of drywall. If you are in the area, the store is fine but the online process for certain items needs fine tuning

When it rains you have leaks all over the store. Some items are mixed.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES

Poor customer service at the tool rental department. Employees are rude. Instead of being sincerely apologetic to customers and providing a decent resolution they try to make the customer feel like it's their fault. Also, I don't understand why the Home Depot website allows you to make appointments with door specialists for early in the morning and their specialist don't arrive until the afternoon. I talked to the manager on duty that day and again not very apologetic and basically just said, you can come back. I will not be spending my money at Home Depot again.

Great experience in tool rental

Jakeema is the best cashier at this location! she is very friendly and every time I walk through the front doors she greets me with a smile and a Good morning, May I help you with anything"? That is what keeps me coming back to this location!

I feel home depot has misplaced there loyalty. It was the homeowners that made them into a house hold name. I feel home depot only cater to the construction site/workers not the homeowners who need supplies. I find myself going to home depot out of habit. I find menards meet my home owner needs for the most part.

Customers service in most places has lost the true meaning of that. But when I came here the gentlemen that helped went above and beyond. I was like wow there still few people who believe on excellent customers service. Thank you jose for making my experience pleasant.

Hooray for the Window/door department. Mr. Luis Rebolledo is very good in doing his job and excellent customer service. Finally, a store you can rely on to get the job done right. I am so satisfied with my 2 new doors and their installation, that I am going today for my third door. I suggest, you consider them as well.

after today visit I will come back....

The employees were very helpful each time I asked where items or materials was. The employees would even say" follow me" they would take me to the item. Employees in the rug area stay with me through the entire time and checked the box of stair covers to make sure the two boxes were the same. This will saver me time by preventing me from returning to the store.
