Great personnel, service, friendly place

Found what I needed and more for the project I was getting ready to do.

I found EXACTLY what I was looking for a good price.

Pricing on shelves is wrong, cashiers are poor, lines are long, and stock is limited. Not my favorite place, but necessary for home repair.

Bought a new water heater in February 23, installed it and then found out it was incorrectly boxed and not propane fitted, took it back and received correct one and now it is not working 5 1/2 months later . Keep in mind my husband is doing all the labor himself and he water heaters are not light to carry. Contacted Justin at Atascadero Home Depot and he made this bummer of a situation much better immediately by excellent customer service and going out of his way to accommodate us

When ever I need building supplies i rely on Home depot for many of our many home projects, Sydney, Molly, and Brook are tremendous staff as well ty HD sincerely Jim

I've noticed over many years now that store staff truly strives to help. Furthermore, they are usually available and usually knowledgeable. And if someone doesn't have the answer, they quickly call somebody who does. Staff seems to really want to help you and that makes the store feel very friendly.

Dawn, Sydney, and Diane are the dream team! Always helpful, super knowledgable, and fast.

We recently bought a washing machine through Travis and he was so knowledgeable about the appliances and very friendly.

Excellent staff. Sydney and Megan are a dynamic duo. Charming, whitty, gracious, always helpful. Very easy on the Eyes. Their smiles beam like the morning sunshine.

I went to HD for potting soil (best price) and check out local flowers for my area. Found some great drought tolerant flowers for my garden and decent priced garden and potting soil. It was getting warm so I opted to go inside to check out. I was immediately greeted by Sydney (cashier) who provided great customer service and fast check out. I shop with my dog so she gave Bella extra care during the process. And it was much cooler inside.

I am learning more and more about the services Home Depot offers, causing me to realize that in truth Home Depot is a customer-centered company. There are indeed many times when I have entered the Atascadero store without being greeted, and there are many times that's been a relief---when you're just very focused on what you need and have to return to a job site. There are times when this store has clearly been short staffed. But overall? Overall there is another national hardware store much closer to me that I seldom go into because of their prices and product availability. I'd rather drive the extra 3 miles (6 miles round trip) to the Atascadero store, knowing that if I need help the employee either knows more about what I need than I do or will find someone who can help me. It matters.

I live in Nipomo but my business serves the whole Central Coast. I will shop at San Luis Obispo store and see refer Atascadero. I’m will not shop at the messy poor service store in Santa Maria. Diana and the staff at the Atascadero store are the best a what they do!!!

I went to Home Depot Thursday getting ready for a big storm headed to our Central California home. I needed a length of perforated 4" drainpipe to complete a system and discovered the shelf was bare. Hans looked it up, found a pallet out back and contacted Doug to verify. Doug and Hans set up blockades at each end of the storage area and had the pipe down and in my hands in minutes. I love this store and Hans-the manager is a big part of why it's a great store!

I always shop at Home Depot. Cost, location, convenience, selection. Why would I go elsewhere?

The staff at the Atascadero, CA, Home Depot were extremely helpful during my "ordeal" of finding and making appliance purchase decisions recently. I purchased a Samsung Bespoke French Door/4 door 29 cu. ft. refrigerator, (Model #NX60T8511SS/AA) a few weeks ago and am loving it so far! Something that I was not initially interested in but later decided would be helpful is the Autofill Water Pitcher and Beverage Center (door-in-door on my refrigerator). I absolutely love this feature; I don't have to wait with the door open in order to dispense water and love the pitcher after all! Another feature I appreciate is the "protection box" around the hidden ice maker as my last refrigerator had a problem with frozen items getting pushed too far back and knocking off the ice maker. I loved my last Samsung refrigerator but they have definitely made improvements to the newer models. I also purchased a Samsung 6 cu. ft. Gas slide-in range with air fryer and will review that later after I've used it more. It looks beautiful and the gas stovetop burners work well but I have not used the oven yet.

Always someone knowledgeable and helpful. Great staff!

Huge crazy order with lots of changes... the Home Depot Team did an amazing job!

Tim and Sunshine were really friendly and helpful. They allowed me to take my time choosing the perfect paint color and helped me make the best decision for stucco.

Home Depots Gardening area is well supplied, appropriately priced, and easy to navigate. Home Depots Employees are always helpful and knowledgable. The Atascadero Store is in a super convenient location right off of 101.

We're so happy to have the Home Depot and their associates nearby for our home building project. It has been a real pleasure and reassuring to know that we can depend on them.
