I came to get "salt" for my walkway and a Home Depot employee "Krystal" was outside clearing snow. She immediately greeted me and offered assistance. She showed me the variety of ice melting treatments and the differences between each product. When I was unsure of which bag to purchase, she consulted 2 of her colleagues to ensure she had given accurate information about each product. She then offered to load the 50 pound bag of rock salt in my car; giving me the item # to ring up at the register inside.

I love shopping at this store. The people are great and store is well stocked!

The price on the range that I chose was a mistake on their part, and they made it right..in my favor, so what more could ask for. Home Depot is the only place to shop.

There were 3 people who recently helped us. I'm afraid I don't remember their names, but we were looking for something in particular in tools and a man guided us to the proper area where we cashed in on a sale saving us $135.00. Then the man from plumbing that guided us ion buying a heat pump water heater with $750 rebate. Then a cashier who saved us another $100.00. So worth the trip. Everyone friendly and extraordinarily helpful. And that store was packed with people

This is a very busy store but when you shop here, you begin to understand why. The why is due to the associates are well trained to offer help with a quick help check ..."are you all set?" type of thing. Also the associates either know the products and services well or will find someone or some way to give you solid answers.

For a Lady that isn't a "handy person" The Home Depot's employees go out of their way to have patients with their customers like me. They listen to what I want to do, and seem to be able to figure out what I want to do when I don't use the proper construction type terms or know the right name of a tool I need when I have projects I want to do. They offer suggestions as to what i can do to improve my project and the various types of products at Home Depot I could use that better suit my needs and most of the time save me time and money which I then can use on other supplies to do even more projects.

The Auburn store has been my go-to store since I bought my home in 1997. I have had great success with projects here done my professionals who work for the company. It may be a big box store, but it feels like a friendly small hardware store my father used when I was growing up. Thank you for being here in Auburn!

One of the questions on the survey asked if I was satisfied with the help I got from employees. I don't think I answered that I was NOTsatisfied, I simply had no interaction with any employee except the cashier, who seemed a bit inexperienced.

Home Depot in Auburn, Maine is extremely helpful in helping find what you need. They are very friendly and polite. They walk up to you and ask if they can help. Because of they helpfulness, I am in and out of the store quickly. Thank you

one of the better HDs I've shopped in throughout the states. The lumber quality is competitive with local market, which is excellent. The employees are superb, knowledgeable and helpful. I earn my money in Massachusetts and I spend it all here..a nice arrangement and by design.
