Staff refuse to sell me the product for the advertised price even when shown they was wrong which made the employees become very unfriendly

check the app, and make sure you're on the correct location. An item that may seem ubiquitous or even quintessential may be out of stock. Additionally, wear a cap with a visor to preclude your gaze from the abhorrent display "holiday decorations" forced upon the masses by corporate greedmongerers with no regard for the ill effects of conspicuous consumerism—not to mention that of plastic— on any given metric of social health.

We placed an order for Basic items needed for bathroom remodel. Within 60 seconds of placing order online we recieved email saying half of the order was cancelled by HD. We spent over 1 hour on phone with rep who didn't understand what happened and we then had to re order every item.

I entered the store with a very specific purchase in mind but decided I had a few extra minutes to browse future projects, I made my purchase and left with a positive view of my shopping experience.

Being a contractor I can definitely say I will never use Home Depot for my projects again. It’s been a month since my order realizing that something had to be brought in special order came in and I was scheduled for delivery for August 2, 2024 they didn’t show up and after calling, I found out that I’ve been rescheduled to Thursday, August 8. Sad part is the elderly lady that I’m doing this project. Four was expecting me to start Monday after waiting pretty close to a month now and there will be no way I can start before the following Monday with this delivery date. I would think it Would be a common courtesy to call the customer if there were delivery issues and rescheduling I had to find out because the customer called me at the end of the day. Let me know that nothing got delivered.

I ordered an item from this store and it was delivered damaged. We requested the unit returned and scheduled another delivery 3 days later. When the delivery truck arrived, they had repackaged the original damaged unit and re-sent it to us. Obviously the employees don't care about their job. We will never shop at this store again!

My husband and I had some gift cards that we weren’t sure if they had any balances left on them. Bella was very patient and gracious while she was waiting for us to find them in our email, and scan them for us.

Glad that I decided to shop at Home Depot. I visited several other stores, and it was easy to decide to deal with Home Depot for my final purchase.

I recently visited the Home Depot store in Augusta, ME, and I had an exceptional experience thanks to Tori, who works in the Pro section. We came back to purchase a few more boxes of our flooring and initially struggled to find it. An employee had informed us that it was no longer available. My husband asked if they could check the availability at the Waterville store, and we were prepared to make the trip there. When we mentioned this situation to Tori at checkout, she took the initiative to research it further. To our delight, she found that the flooring was actually available in aisle #2 of the Augusta store. Tori then walked us over to the aisle, where we were able to find and purchase the flooring we needed. Tori's dedication, helpfulness, and excellent customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. We are extremely happy with the assistance we received from Tori and would like to commend her for going above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Tori, for your outstanding service!

Ordered a rug a few weeks ago. Very pleased with the service process and efficiency of the sales person that waited on us, he made everything go easy and smoothly, very pleasant. Thank you Elijah!! The carpet is beautiful, can't wait to have it installed!

I have shopped here many times over many years. Over many shopping visits I am very pleased with all the help I have received.

My wife and I were in to pick up locks, we needed our keys matched if possible. Julian, one of the front end leads was able to help and resolve our issues. Personally, I think the level of customer has been lost in today’s world. Julian was kind, hard working, helpful, and incredibly patient. Hands down the best employee experience I have ever had at The Home Depot and I could not be more grateful.

We were there close to closing time with the intention of taking a look at appliances. We ended up finding a great deal and the employees were so patient with us and very kind, despite our sale causing them to stay late. We will be back and hope we can work with Cory and Earl again!

I called this morning and got Bill. He was very helpful with helping me find a discontinued item that I had been searching for. We later went to the store and Anita was very friendly when I asked for help at the Pro Desk and asked to make sure we found everything when she saw us leaving. Chris B also helped us find several items for a DIY project that we were unsure what exactly we needed. e couldn't have figured it all out without him. It was very nice having help with our project!

My problem is the layout for the electric carts. I have a mobility problem. My store plugs the carts in at the first door, where there is little to no heat. Maine winters are cold. Please park these carts inside the store.

I bought a $178 light while renovating my house. It doesn’t fit the (finally) finished cabinet so I took it back today, fully expecting store credit since I don’t have the receipt. (As you can imagine, LOTS of purchases and receipts in this proct). New HD policy assumes if you don’t have the receipt you must be a thief, no returns, no store credit. I am insulted and now dine shopping the THD.

Our new fridge we ordered was clearly damaged at the factory and wrapped up anyway. NOT the fault of the Augusta, ME Home Depot or the delivery drivers. The Augusta, ME store went above and beyond to help us get a replacement as quickly as possible. All involved with exceptionally caring and professional. They made sure we were happy and followed through with their excellent customer service.

We bought four "big" appliances for our new home. Prices were great. The employees are ALWAYS terrific and knowledgeable. We have never had a bad experience at this store.

I don't see a whole lot of difference. In the past I had to deal with a whole lot of crooked lumber. I hope this improves, No lumber is perfect, but crooked lumber is a complete waste of time and will drive your customer to the other guy. At no time should BAD crooked lumber be put back on the pile, it should be removed and sold at a discount. Take this advise seriously, it will save you from going bankrupt. I am not a novice.Good lumber will drive your business. They will also buy other things.
