Tim and Kary were super helpful to our school's Destination Imagination Team. They spent nearly 2 hours with five eleven year olds helping them select materials, showing them how to work with various tools, and talking about safety when building. They went over and beyond standard customer service to make our experience at this store great. Also thank you for the extremely generous donation of supplies. This store and it's staff are amazing.

Employee gave my son a hard time with self check out. Was very rude. Another employee gave my husband a hard time over his Veterans ID. Called Manager with the problem and he was rude and said any one can get a ID. My husband served our country and Home Depo has no respect. Will go back to Lowe's.

I visit store multiple times as I'm a first time home owner. I noticed that some employees on floor don't greet you. Offer to help. Walk you to items I need. I love to see store leads by heart and provide genuine care. I will continue use store as I love the items and convenient.

Sales associate Ken in the tools department is outstanding, both in his knowledge of tools, pleasant demeanor, and helpfulness with projects.

Nikki and Devin were amazing when we went to the store today! Nikki was extremely helpful and kind when we checked out and when she found someone to cut pannelboards for me, which was Devin. He was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable about the product and how to cut it. My dad who was offended when I said we should get it cut at the store instead of having him do it ( I wanted it professionally done) said that boy did an awesome job. That was early afternoon and he has been talking about how great the service has been all day! He told our neighbors and friends at Sunday dinner and I'm going to tell all my teacher friends to come get there boards done at this store!

The employees at Avon Home Depot are so welcoming and willing to help. Always offering a helping hand.. He came around the corner and gave us his opinion on the toilet. Said if I can help I have this one in my home and it is wonderful. I never asked for his help, he just offered and that was nice.

We had no problem locating the flooring department and the associates were very friendly knowledgeable. The store was clean and products displayed very good.

We were shopping for a Christmas tree on Black Friday. Although the tree we wanted was out of stock, the store manager , Tony S.,came over to help. He spent quite a bit of time on a very busy day to be as helpful as possible. He offered us a display if we wanted it. We decided to purchase the floor display, he made sure we had a container to transport the tree home( no boxes for floor displays). 3 other associates came to help pack the display tree, Sonny Johnson, C.J. , and John M. ...I can't stress how helpful and knowledgeable all 4 of these men were. They made what could've been a bad shopping experience into a delightful shopping experience. The store was full of holiday cheer, everyone was so friendly and helpful !!!

Dan from the Tool Department helped me when I got a part of the snow rake I bought at Home Depot lodged in the handle. He was very courteous, professional, ingenious, and patience in getting the piece out, even going to another department to find a tool that would assist get it out. After Dan got the piece out, he tightened the screws for me, and told me I bought a good product, which is what I like to hear!

I love shopping at Home Depot because they have everything I need for all of the various projects or problems that come up with my home or small business building. Of all of the Home Depots in the Cuyahoga and Lorain counties - This one located in Avon, OH is my favorite store! We are welcomed every single time we enter the store. We are asked if we can be helped or turned in the right direction for our shopping needs every single time we come to this location. Every associate is friendly and very helpful. They make you feel welcome and comfortable while helping you choose the correct and best product for your needs. Love this store!

I love shopping Home Depot, but this is that last location on my list that I prefer because I do not like shopping at Avon Commons because of driving thru the parking lots - too many stop signs!! What a pain!

Even though this store is characterized as "smaller", I can rent tools, which I cannot do at one of your "bigger" locations, making it the go-to store for me.

My experience at the Avon Store, where I purchased my items, began at the North Olmsted Store. All I can say is that both stores, across the board, were wonderful. I'm new at working on my own projects and they were all extremely helpful. Thank you to all.
