It's always fun to shop for home repair products at Home Depot. They usually have what I need and their products seem to be top notch.

Home depot is conveniently located for my home repair usage. Home depot usually has everything I need to maintain my home.

I am a female and although it may seem very stereotypical, I was lost in this store. There was so much stuff and so many lanes to look in that I could not figure out which way to go. When I finally found the aisle I was looking for (I felt so proud) I would have loved to find what I was looking. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. I saw lots of orange aprons but no one seemed available to help. Finally, a customer on the same aisle looked like he knew what he was doing, so I said. "What the hay, it couldn't be much worse than what I was doing!" I asked for his help and he was very helpful. He located my tool, found the right size I needed for the job, and satisfied my desire. I confidently walked to the register ready to check-out! I am so glad that there are customers that can help you as well!!! The store is well stocked so I would recommend it, but only if you know what you are doing or run into a cool customer like I did!!!

Employees very friendly and willing to help. If they can't find it they approach other employees until you are satisfied. The check out time is minimal, no long lines and pleny of cashiers.

It took forever to get someone to help, there was noone in the department or anywhere around, the person that finally did knew what she was doing and was very helpful.

I take pleasure in knowing that everything that we need for our home repairs and maintenance is all available at home depot and the cost is affordable. The location of the stores in my area is good also. The rental part & supply section is a great addition to this company as well and I especially love the fresh live plants too. So keep up the good work!

good time i always have except i do not feel that the person i ask really wanted to help. there were two employes one could of helped and the one could of done what ever wanted to do. ddifficult

I was greeted by the cashier at register 1 the moment I entered the store. This set a positive tone for my visit to your store. She also was able to assist me in finding the item I needed. She knew EXACTLY where it was (very refreshing that I wasn't sent to the wrong location in the store or given a vague description!) When I was ready to check out, I returned to the same cashier (name tag said Bonnie) and she made me feel like a valuable customer by quickly getting me checked out, smiling and treating me with respect as she communicated with me looking me directly in the eyes. This employee should be commended for making my shopping experience in your store pleasant and above and beyond what was respected. I hope any time I return in the future to find her at a register because her Customer Service skills are amazing. Thank you for hiring such an exemplary employee who represented both Home Depot and your specific store location so well.
