I bought a clearance washer dryer combo at this store. The cashier and her supervisor went above and beyond to get me checked out and to set up an out of area delivery. Very polite and helpful.

My first visit using a handicap buggy could have been burdensome and almost impossible but a sales clerk came to my rescue. He located the aisle and product and offered to carry to the front of the store for me. Since it was large and bulky (an outside screen door), I wouldn't have been able to do that. The cashier was also courteous and helped me apply for a credit card. This gave me large cash discount on my purchase. I see a great improvement over previous visits in the past years and will definitely return again.

Watch your Clark when making returns. Mine was in a rush and potentially cost me in excess of $30.00 had I not been paying attention .

The employees are almost always helpful, informed and patient. We LOVE this store, particularly this location.

The Home Depot is always so helpful when I am shopping for materials. The staff is very knowledgeable and I truly appreciate the advise they give me when I am faced with a unique challenge. The Home Depot is a contractors best friend.

I like this store and the people that work here. The older, African-American gentleman that works in the plumbing department is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I usually try to go to this location early so I can get in and check out quickly without having to wait in long lines.

This is a great store. Recent cold weather was hard on Baton Rouge. Store was open with minimum staff and still provided great service. Management made the entry safe for customers.

A lot of employees walking around doing nothing...........no eye contact or good morning from that group. I initiated good morning to one of the employees and they had no choice but to speak.

What can I say? Associate Sheena was extremely helpful and educated me on ways Home Depot could help me save money on my remodel projects. I am extremely grateful for her assistance and have become a customer for life due to her exceptional customer service skills!

Was treated like a common thief after paying for my drywall compound at one end of the store, then walking back to the end that I came in!!! Then lied to and told that the check EVERYONE'S receipts, only for me to ask the next two customers were they asked to show receipts and the answer was a resounding NO!!

I purchaesed a Whirlpool Dryer. Home Depot provided a Price Match. They did not have the Dryer in stock, however Steven set up a 2-day delivery at no cost as well as Pre-Delivery notification. This was great service. Home Depot on Coursey is a very customer friendly and helpful store.

The Coursey Blvd. location is my favorite of all. My favorite store employee is Rayne. I am always able to find what I need quickly,but if not there is always someone to help. I also like the Garden Center. Great choices, Great Service.

I'm a rather clueless homeowner, and recently I had a section of tile fall off the wall of my bathroom. I had no idea what I needed for the repair job, but as soon as an employee spotted me staring at a shelf of grout they jumped to offer help. They found the products I needed and helped me understand what to do with them, and my repair turned out looking great! I was very pleased with the service I received, and I'll be back the next time something breaks in my home that I don't know how to fix!
