The unattended vehicles in the building supplies pickup area need to park in the parking lot then move up to load so others can load.

Excellent store, clean, bright, very friendly staff. I love this store.

Not the biggest Home Depot I've been in but they always seem to have just what you need...:o) 1. Very clean store 2. Always service with a smile 3. Associates "Know there products" and where they are.....!!!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot in Blue Ridge, GA. Friendly staff, stocked shelves and super prices.

We are winding down on a big remodel. We live in Columbus, GA now but will soon be residents of Morganton, GA. We were greeted at the door, asked if I needed help and that employee showed us where to go. We also bought from the store in Blairsville, GA store where we bought some ceiling fans that was not in stock in Blue Ridge. We found these employees equally friendly and helpful. Looking forward to doing more business in Blue Ridge. Thank you

Just wanted to say thanks to Terry in the garden center for being so helpful. He as been working in the garden center for several years and it is always a pleasure to see him. He is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to assist whenever needed.

I typically shop at 3 different Home Depot Stores here in north Ga ... Blue Ridge Dalton and Jasper.... they are all good but Blue Ridge is definitely the best of the 3 ...... always stocked better and love those sales..

Home Depot is known for outstanding customer service. The Blue Ridge store takes that focus one step forward by adding a "neighborly" atmosphere. Each and every associate seems to enjoy their job and makes every effort to ensure that your shopping experience is everything you want it to be.

Can't find the right help and if you do they do not care. I was told to go home go on line and order what I wanted. He could of said come to computer and let me help you fill your needs. Since I was back to that 2 times in one day and the store is 45 min or longer from my home. Your lucky Lowes just did not carry what we needed.

As stated in other reviews, I brag about our hometown HD all the time when I am in other HDs in other states. Our HD associates seek you out and ask if they can help you find anything. You don’t have to search all over looking for assistance. I’m there so often I know many by name and they are (without a doubt) the friendliest HDAssociates with which I have ever had the pleasure to do business.

Home Depot offers us a lot of different choices for products than other material stores but the best thing about this store is the pro associates . YoLanda , David and Patti are the best . Always helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly as well .

I all ways look forward to going to my local Home Depot, I feel you do make friends who are all ways glad to see you, what a great feeling. never a bad day shopping at the Blue Ridge( DE HOPE TO ME) store. that's scrambled for Home Depot. A clean organized store I am never wondering around lost, someone notices every time, friendly is not the only word, stellar.

I would like to say that this was the cleanest, best stocked and well managed store of this type I have ever shopped in. The employees were great and the experience was also. I highly recommend this store for all your home improvement needs.

Everyone knows everyone!!!

I had an outstanding experience at the Blue Ridge, GA Home Depot Store on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. I went to the store after finding the item not-available at a competitor's store in the same town. After searching the appropriate aisles (e.g. Plumbing) and also the cleaning items aisle, adjacent to the paint department, I asked an associate for help. Her name is Carol. She called the administrative office of this store for assistance. Receiving NO HELP (only an "I Don't Know Where It Is located" response), she set out on a mission, like a Knight in Shining Armor, to help me find my needed item (Air Conditioning system pan tablets) which the office person told her was a "seasonal item" and had been relocated to a top shelf, completely out-of-view for the customer in need. Carol found the item, in a case, on a top shelf in aisle 8 (Plumbing) and secured a lift, blocked-off the aisle for safety requirements and got the item I needed out of the case. Out of this customer's gratitude, what began as a search for a $15 item, turned into a $125 purchase for your corporation. Carol should be recognized for this CLEARLY above-and-beyond performance for the now-dedicated HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER!!! Thank you for hiring people like this! You should consider hiring more like her in the back office, instead of the "I DON'T KNOW (and, implied, "I don't CARE") people in your back offices at the local store.....

Cashiers are arrogant.

Larry Chastian was very helpful on my last visit to this store.

Except for the paint department (Which I wouldn't even rate a one star due to the poor service I got), I will give the rest of the store 5 stars. The rest of the store was very clean and the employees were very nice and willing to help. If I was not able to find what I was looking for the employees knew right where everything was.

Christy Cook is the best employee ever! She is always very friendly and helpful and helps us resolve problems. Also, Brian in Appliances is also very friendly and helpful. We love Home Depot and shop there often!

The employees at this store are the friendliest I’ve ever seen. And they will walk you all the way across the store to help you find what you need. Love this Home Depot!
