I had to find a tool to remove staples from my floor when I removed carpeting. The clerk said he didn't know one existed but he directed me to the carpet department who then looked up where they were and took me right to them. It made the job much easier.

great sales associates,willing to help and not ignore you like other Home Depot stores do

In my 4 recent visits to Home Depot i have been treated very courteously and professionally by all employees i have had contact with. The ordered products arrived in good time and I have been very satisfied with everything.

Incredible customer service from top to bottom. Roller derby is my life, but because it's still rather underground, when a piece of equipment breaks or becomes damaged in some way, it's up to me to troubleshoot the problem. However, my toe stop screw was so severely stripped that I couldn't get it out no matter what I tried. Enter Bel and John from the tools department of the Bristol Home Depot. Bel exhausted every option to remove the screw, and, under the guidance of John, who provided the finishing touch, the screw was removed; and this derby player will live to play another game. I couldn't have asked for kinder, friendlier people to help me. They really are awesome folks, who provided top notch customer service. Thanks again, Bel and John!

The store is well organized and clean. The employees ready to assist you and know what they are talking about. Very pleased with our experience here.

The employees at the Bristol Home Depot (# 860-582-5329) are always helpful and courteous. Rosa in the garden area is a delight to encounter and I will always buy my plants from her. Blair was extremely helpful in locating a particular hardware piece that I could not find.

this store has more associates that do not even acknowledge your presence.now and then you will come across someone who is helpful and friendly

Veterans avoid this store!! I am a honorably discharged veteran and they have a selective veterans policy on their 10% veterans discount! I guess all veterans are not equal in their eyes. Their "what have you done for me lately" policy is a slap in the face to all veterans!! Other Home Depot's and Lowe's honor all veterans and thank you for your service. Not this store! SAD!

I have been to other Home Depots, but Bristol seems to be the best stocked and I love the sales people, all ready to lend a hand.

The associate (Mahrang) was pleasant and thorough in her explanation of buying and installing a refrigerator. We ended up buying a Maytag refrigerator.

The sales associates at the pro desk are always very helpful and go out of their way for me . Eric and Megan and John are the three associates at the contractor desk that I always deal with.

This Home Depot is clean and the employees are very helpful. I will continue using this Home Depot as my go to store for home improvements. They also have a fantastic garden area.

Ed Jankowski, Dept. Supervisor was an amazing sales person to work with. I have not had customer service like this in years. He was so very patient, professional, helpful, full of great information & helpful tips. The storm doors we ordered needed to be ordered & he explained the entire process & time lines. All of this info takes a lot of stress off you concerning your purchase. Thank you ever so much Ed !

I recently purchased a home and have been in the Bristol Home Depot quite frequently. The staff has been very helpful and very friendly. I was greeted when I entered the store and as I walked throughout the store employees smiled and offered their assistance if needed.

The gentleman Norm was extremely helpful and caring during our entire shopping experience. We had a large order to be taken care of and he went above and beyond in making our visit a success. He was great assistance in the store, he answered all of our questions, he was pleasant, he made phone calls so we knew what was going on, and he made sure to update/inform us every step of the way.

This store is fast and clean but there are no knowledgeable people to help you with large purchases the East Hartford store is far better with experienced people
