Great clean store with helpful employees.

I would strongly recommend this store. I have 4 stars because it has a high turn over rate. There's always new people on the front end. I understand everyone can't catch on to everything as quickly as others but keep the ones who do. I don't like going through self check out because it feels like I'm taking someone's job (but not getting paid for waiting myself). They've changed things around but the one on one experience is more personal...

My overall experience was great! The staff was helpful and nice and the store was clean and orderly!

Great Customer Service from Isaac in the paint department. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Hard to find now a day’s.

Irene in the blinds department was very nice.

This Home Depot is always my first stop. The store is always neat and clean and the customer service representatives are always polite and helpful. That makes a difference when spending hard earning money.

Steve in appliances was very helpful with the purchase of new appliances and other kitchen items.

If you are in need of some household appliances I recommend to find Steve (an older gentlemen) he is very knowing of his job and the items. I did bought a wash machine and he made sure I will have it delivered to my address and be hooked up as well in my house. He is very friendly and has a great personality Thank you Steve to help me with my shopping you are truly very appreciated by me

Unlike Lowe’s, which is closer to home. I go to the Home Depot in Brookhaven, MS. The items I intend to purchase are easy to find, they have what I’m looking for and the employees are always ready, willing and able to help you. I can’t find ANYTHING at Lowe’s and good luck getting somebody to help you find anything. Home Depot is my go-to store and the prices are lower!

Susan and sherry were very friendly and the store was nice

Placed an order to have windows measured for blinds. Eight days later with no response I called to check status. After being transferred 7 times I was told I was outside the service area and my order was cancelled. This is after being told I was inside the service area when placing the order. I live 12.8 miles from the store with 11 of those miles being on the interstate. Store staff acted as if they were being interrupted both when the order was being placed and when checking the status.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at the Brookhaven, MS store. Associates and cashier were very friendly and helpful.

I was pretty bummed out that my hammer drill shot out on me, but Sherry was able to brighten my day with her quick skillful manner in which she made the warranty process bearable and painless! Thanks Sherry, you are worth more than they know!

The people were very nice and helpful although the item I was looking for was not in stock I found all the things that I needed and I also needed help finding those and the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful I highly recommend a store in Brookhaven Mississippi their customer service was on point. Very poor customer service. Waited 15 - 20 minutes in garden for someone to help me after another employee called for help. No one ever showed up. On way to register to pay, saw several employees walking around with apparently nothing to do. Also saw several employees standing around gossiping.

The employees were very friendly and helpful at the paint counter. Did not have to wait long at all to get service

Lumber associates are useless, standing aroundcwstching me liad lumber by myself

That cashier, Katrina was so rude. I don’t believe I’ll be shopping at the Brookhaven location again. But I have to give the employees in the garden center very helpful and nice. The location in Clinton the employees are very helpful and professional!!
