I have noticed an upward trend in positive customer service at this store. There are more visible employees, the store looks neater and each associate not busy with a customer is quick to ask if I needed help. This past Saturday I purchased some items at this store. I was well received and asked if I needed any help. I found what I needed and waited in line to pay for my items. While waiting we were asked if any of us were military veterans. I answered that I was and the associate told me that he had a gift for me. I paid for my items and left the store to go to my truck to load my items. As I finished loading my items I saw the same associate walking towards me. As he approached me he handed me a large American Flag and with the most sincerity I have seen displayed, thanked me for my service with a strong handshake. I have never felt so honored before. The associate introduced himself as store manager Renato. This had to have been the greatest shopping experience i have had at Home Depot to date! Keep up the good work!!

I would recommend the store but not the cashier was really rude and on her phone while charging me her name is marisela Really unprofessional she needs to be trained the right way or get fired

very clean, organized and knowledgeable people, I would recommend this store to my family and friends... the only thing that would be great and improve the over-all shopping experience is if the store would PROVIDE BAGS!!!

Overall great store sometimes employees tend to wander to other areas leaving people to fend for themselves but they're usually not far and in looking for them sometimes you find knick knacks or ideas for future home improvement projects.

Avoid this store unless you have ample time or not looking for a specific item. Be prepared not to find assistance and navigate the store on your own. This store has been like this for decades and shows no sign of change. Customer service is a myth at this location.

Convenient parking lot, big place easy in and out friendly staff very clean

I was assisted by two employees at different time with a pleasant attitude. They made me feel they were willing to help me even though they where busy.

Opens early closes late, always stocked and always with great sales.

Clean friendly except employeea need to b more knowledgeable about the products and what they are used for and after 5 u can bearly find employees in aisle.

Great buying experience. Billy at the appliance department actually asked me if I needed assistance. In and out in about 15 minutes. Also helps if you already know what you want to buy.

DURING MY LAST VISIT TO THIS STORE I WAS VERY PLEASED TO FIND PRODUCTS THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR MY PROJECT. EVERYTHING WAS IN PLACE AND EASY TO FIND, ALSO IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE ASSISTANCE FROM STORE ASSOCIATE. I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS STORE LOCATION FOR YOUR PROJECTS NEEDS.

Help is never on the way. This Home Depot has the worst customer service of any I have been in and I have been in many. May they should just close on Sat. if they need to hire more employees.
