Fernando, Fernanda, and Natasha are the sweetest people, and they'll help you find everything that you need! I will trust you guys for all of my home repairs and improvements from now on.

This is my go to Home Depot. Very clean and organized and the staff seems to actually want to help if you have questions.

Lisa was so helpful during our time in the store. She was very knowledgable about the appliances and helped us to order our appliances and make sure we had all that we needed to ensure they would be perfect.

We were looking for carpet and went to Home Depot and the lady was so helpful. We got our carpet and are waiting to it to be installed.

Went in to look for tools and Hugh went above and beyond to help me find them.

Associate greeted me right as I approached the key counter. She took control so I didn't have to try and figure how to do it or what key was needed. She was very helpful and friendly!! She even let me know that they had just got a shipment in of Salt for the possible snow that was coming!! Very Satisfied!!

I found speaker on sale .They where half off !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip to Home Depot due to the friendly service we got from a particular cashier. Just a joy to be around.

I have had to get help from the employees and it didnt take them very long to get someone to help me each time. I was very happy with the service I received.

I bought some yard supplies and plan to load them in the back of my truck, like I have to do at the other store in town. before I could get the tail gate down, two Home Depot associates came over and loaded everything for me.

Home Depot feels more like a "mom & pop" store than a "Big Box store". I felt well treated and cared about when making two rather big purchases. I bought a Maytag dishwasher and as you might know, there are many to choose from. The salesperson was knowledgable and helped me pick one that best suits my needs. I also purchased Composite Deck Board, and needed help navigating product availability and shipping possibilities! This was also handled well.

Went to by Mums today at Home Depot and was greeted and checked out by the nicest cashier. She was friendly and was commenting on how pretty the flowers were. Nowadays, sometimes the cashiers who have waited on me at other stores don't have a smile nor a greeting or thank you. The cashier today at Home Depot was a breath of fresh air. We go to Home Depot quite often and have always had friendly folks to help us but this lady today just radiated friendliness. Not to mention the great and beautiful selection of flowers and plants that Home Depot has for every season at really good prices.

Went in for paint and I was indecisive and the girl that helped us was beyond knowledgeable and very helpful.

Way, way, way, better than others in the game. HANDS DOWN! Customer service is what and why I spend my money here. The parking is great as well as the other customers shopping there. Try Home Depot for yourself and you will no longer shop at the Competitors.

I recently shopped at the Burlington, NC Home Depot store and needed many items for a remodeling job. I am not a contractor and had a list of things that I needed to purchase. I was directed to Customer Service and Lauren, my sales person, did a extraordinary job in patiently making sure I got everything I needed, and did so with a cheerful can do attitude which really made my day. So many times many store employees are just trying to get through their work day and do not take an interest in the customer like Lauren did. Thumbs up to Home Depot in Burlington for having great employees who represent their company well!!

Installation of hot water heater if fine (I think). But beware of the promotional financing gimmicks, because that's what they are.

Janine at pro desk is very helpful and kind, however African American manager lady (do not know her name ) is not friendly or helpful at all.

Excellent source for stainless steel hardware - best variety of sizes and metric choices.
