I like the helpful staff and the friendliness of the "feel" of the store.

Terrible experience with customer service! Asked to be price matched with what I bought in store to what was showing on the website and they gave me a long story about how the website is completely different from the store stuff. Seems like crap to me so you don’t h e to price match.

Home Depot is a welcoming and friendly place to shop. There is always someone available to help you find the department you are looking for. I cannot say that about their competitor. On Black Friday. I went to Home Depot to look at their refrigerators. A young new employee tried so hard to help me by making phone calls to get someone to deliver me a fridge the next day. (Mine at home had leaked all over our hardwood floors). I felt so bad that I could not get the special pay terms that Home Depot was offering.

The store is neat and clean even with holiday sale items out. The things I was looking for were easily found which is great for a quick trip. Associates are always very helpful.

I prefer the Burlington Home Depot over all other home improvement retailers. The associates are much more friendly and helpful, and they seem to be better staffed than other stores. Prices are competitive and fair. They always have what I go in for AND TODAY WAS NO EXCEPTION.

Store is clean and the team working there is friendly and willing to take time to help. Even if they don't have the answers you are looking for they will work with you until your needs are met. Helpful staff, good pricing, quality of product and ease of store layout all make it enjoyable to return again and again.

Sam in the garden center was amazing! Very knowledgeable about plants, & not annoyed when I asked a billion questions about blueberries. Best customer service experience I have received to date at this location of Home Depot (Burlington, NC)

The Garden Center this afternoon was especially neat and clean. I had immediate help in finding my item, and someone carrying the heavy item to my car The two employees who helped me were friendly, and pleasant. The item that I wanted was displayed neatly in an area with a lot of other Name Brands. The item was easy to find.

I had to make several trips to Home Depot today to make returns until I got the right products needed. The staff was very patient with me and made my returns easier.

I had been looking online for the product I needed and when I got to the store I was unable to find it even with the ailse and bay number from the online site. A very nice gentleman assisted me in finding just what I needed. It was very refreshing to have someone available at a moments notice. I have been in other hardware stores in the area where no one is ever around to help.

I am a frequent visitor to the garden center here for plants. The selection is awesome, the plants are well taken care of, there is a wide range of products for taking care of the plants, and the associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. With that said I feel the selection of pots and plant stands could be better as in more variety. I usually have to purchase pots and plant stands elsewhere. But overall Home Depot is a great place to purchase plants at a great price.

This location is clean; staff is very courteous; occasionally shops here even thought I reside in Guilford County; most of the times they have the products I need without ordering online.

The Burlington Home Depot excellent service; greeted when I entered the store. Employee knowledgeable on product I requested. As I walked through the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help or could they direct me.

This is one of my favorite stores, everyone is so friendly, i only encountered one negative attitude and they were a little sassy, but other than that a great store. My last experience was great, mr. Henderson was nice and helpful. Most definately will look for him on my next visit..

lowes can not hold a light to HOMEDEPOT

Asst. Mgr Tommy Arnold is by far the best Mgr I’ve had dealings with in my 45 years of home improvements and real estate. He was most professional and knowledgeable Mgr in assisting me I’ve had in some time. Home Depot will NOW have my business and I will gladly tell all my friends and family. Thank you

Cashier was biased against vets receiving a discount and stated it wasn't fair to the elderly and people that didn't serve in the military and that it costs his store $$$billions in lost revenue......ingrate !
