I would not shop at this store due to the rude manager and rude outside clerk. They only had four of the Hot Pepper bird suet that I was shopping for.

The store was very well stocked and employees were very helpful and friendly.

I only went there because I was sent a coupon in the mail. I really don't like who ever designed the store exit doors. You better make sure you park in between the entrance and exit. Needed more doors.

Great customer serves. I will drive that 45mins for that kind of serves again. THANK YOU NATASHA

I will drive two miles further often just to go to Home Depot and pass by the "Big Blue Box" store just because I know I can get help finding something if I need it. At the other store, it's almost as if you are wearing "Associate Repellent" spray. When you do find someone, most of them never seem happy in their job. Being able to see if they have an item in stock on their app before heading over there is also a big benefit. Store is clean, organized and well stocked.

A normal visit to a lumber type place .

Wonderful selection of outdoor plants and flowers and our cashier was excellent. Having folks who are friendly and really act like they appreciate your business is sometimes hard to find. Not at Home Depot . I wish I had thought to get our cashiers name. She deserves to be recognized for her customer service skills.

We were in looking at carpet and the gentleman in that area was so nice and knowledgeable and made us comfortable with our decision on which to buy.

The store is clean & neat as always. We had an exceptional experience this time & just wanted to share. We're working on a new island for our kitchen & worked with Jeff Bailey to get everything we needed. He broke everything down to us & explained things that needed to be done that we hadn't even thought about. He didn't just answer our questions, he took the time to show us the items & explained how to use them for our project. He was very patient with all my questions, kind, helpful in every way, & friendly towards us the entire time. I really appreciate great customer service. It makes me feel valued & ready to shop more with home depot.

Staff is always friendly and eager to assist you with any of your needs.

My shopping experience was wonderful. Even though covid has made it difficult to purchase certain items, Lisa W Hedgecock made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase selection. She was very knowledgeable with the kitchen appliances, which was very helpful for me. Would definitely recommend this store

Staff is friendly and proactively helpful. As with most stores, the on-line inventory status is not correct, at least wasn't in my last two trips to the store. Still, I don't think any store has developed a system of automatically updating inventory as sales are processed.

This is a good store. The staff was very helpful and helped me find everything I needed and helped with all the questions I had about my floor installation. Again the cashers were on point that is why I opened up a charge account this would be helpful to me because I bought a new home and it would help to get additional things that I need.

Very poor customer service

The experience was one of the best ever im my many years of shopping at Home Depot. Service is always extraordinary with many if not all of the employee assistant workers.

Everyone was friendly and polite and I appreciate the 15% discount I received in the mail from Home Depot. It saved me money on the wood I needed to buy.

The personal touch from Ms. Lisa in Appliances set my heart soaring!!!! She took time to research the lightbulb for my Frigidaire refrigerator and we came up to a solution!!!! I wasn’t sent away yet again to search on my own to the world wide web of never ending options of nothing. So I really do appreciate that. (Elbow bump). If you ever visit the store ask her how was her Staycation)

Had interaction with three different sales associates, flooring, paint, and cashier, and they were all courteous, helpful, and outgoing in everything they did. Not often you see that in the current environment we are in. Just a wonderful and great experience. Will return again when i need more home improvement items.

Clean & well kept. Most everyone offers assistance if needed. Usually have no problem getting most things I'm trying to find. Diverse brands carried especially in the tools department. Layout is fairly easy to navigate and find what your looking for.

The entrances of the store compared to the parking lot and the check 0ut locations are not relative to each other.

We purchased new appliances for our new house being built. All staff was great to work with! They also had great deals going on!

This is a very clean and well organized store with knowledgeable employees who are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to either help you themselves or find someone who can. That speaks volumes about this stores management as it is not that way at ALL Home Depot stores I have shopped at. You will always have a pleasant experience shopping this particular store.

Lisa W. Hedgecock the appliance specialist was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Get me in and out and was very clear about what she was doing. Great employee.

Great personality within the people that work in the store

This store is clean and well organized. The associates are helpful and very responsive. They demonstrate excellent teamwork with other associates when they are not able to help you themselves.

Overall Had great experience. And staff seems to really care about helping you find what you need all the way to checkout.

I shopped a lot at the Hillsborough Home Depot and was extremely thrilled when I changed my location closer to Burlington that Carlo ASM had moved to the Burlington store. Carlo is extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and makes sure that each time I shop that I have an excellent shopping experience. The other managers are also excellent and they make sure to ingrain their associates to seek out customers and make sure they get what they want in a very timely manner. All their products are listed on HD.com and it shows you exactly where to go in the store to get your merchandise saving you lots of precious time. These reasons make Home Depot the place for me to shop because the other home improvement stores may have merchandise but they fall well short and need much needed improvement.

Some employees here really don’t have experience in much so I sometimes have to know what I’m looking for and where it is..

I shop the store and like it's products and services. As I said earlier I would like to see call buttons on the isles and would also like to see some special order items stocked in stores if all possible. Overall I rate the store highly. Yes the store was clean, I received the assistant that I needed and I did get friendly assistant.
